Edgar splits games

The Edgar varsity boys basketball squad lost to Bonduel, 65-55, in Monday’s home non-conference game.

Senior Ayden Weisenberger led Edgar with 14 points while sophomore Brett Baumgartner contributed 11, freshman Leyton Schuett nine and junior Justin Davis eight against Bonduel. Edgar now has an 11-8 overall record this season.

The Wildcats cruised to a 50-32 home victory against Phillips on Friday. Brothers Leyton Schuett led the squad with 13 points and Ashton Schuett with 11. Baumgartner added eight points in the win. Edgar now has an 8-5 record in the Marawood South Conference.
