Abraham Becker, 39, Medford pled no contest and was found guilty of disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $330.50. A misdemeanor bail-jumping charge was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Francisco Cruz, 24, Colby, pled no contest and found guilty of OWI (first offense). His license is revoked for 7 months, alcohol assessment was ordered. He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $888. A charge of operating with PAC >= 0.15, was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Terrance Lee Klamerus, 53, Phillips, was found guilty of OWI, (first offense). His license is revoked for 8 months, alcohol assessment was ordered, and ignition interlock was installed. He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $1,061. A second charge of operating with PAC >=0.15, was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Samantha, M. Lis, 39, Gilman, pled no contest to two counts of retail theft. She was ordered to pay a restitution of $201.47.

Braeden James Long, 17, of Medford, pled no contest and was found guilty of unsafe backing of vehicle, the charge was amended from a hit and run of an unattended vehicle. He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $162.70.

Amalia Parra Martinez, 47, Medford, pled no contest and was found guilty of operating without carrying a valid license. The charge was amended from operating without a valid license (2nd within 3 years). She was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $393.50.

Leigh E. Sahlin, 81, Lublin, pled no contest and was found guilty of failing to keep vehicle under control. He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $213.10.

Payton E. Feyen, 26, of Medford, pled not guilty to the following charges of two counts of felony bail-jumping, possession of THC <=200 grams with intent to sell (party to a crime), maintaining drug trafficking place (party to a crime), possession of drug paraphernalia (party to a crime). Status hearing is scheduled for November 23, at 10 a.m.

Feyen also pled not guilty to ten counts of felony bail-jumping, entry into a locked vehicle as a party to a crime, theft of moveable property between the amount of > $2500-$5000 (party to a crime), four counts of burglary of a building or dwelling (party to a crime), four counts of theft of moveable property <= $2500 (party to a crime), and two counts of theft of moveable property, special facts (party to a crime). Status hearing is scheduled for November 23, at 10 a.m.

A divorce was granted on September 29 to Sandra Jean Yanko of Rib Lake and Jeffrey Alan Yanko of Rib Lake.
