The following appeared in court and entered pleas of not guilty: Peter J. Ruesch, 57, Medford, two counts of resisting a conservation warden; Anthony C. Jensen a.k.a. Anthony Clayton Jensen, 39, Lublin, endangering safety-use of a dangerous weapon; Theodore H. Vogt, 31, Medford, disorderly conduct (domestic abuse-threat); Kalista A. Brown, 19, Crandon, disorderly conduct (domestic abuse-infliction of physical pain or injury); Justin D. Stendahl, 37, Prentice, disorderly conduct (domestic abuse); Logan S. Nowak, 20, Medford, sexual intercourse with a child 16 or older, actor 19 or older; Pamela J. Schield, 62, Medford, exposing child to harmful material, child enticement-sexual contact, sexual assault of child by person who works or volunteers with children and sex with child age 16 or older.
Samantha M. Lis, 39, Gilman, pled no contest to an amended charge of trespass and forfeited $267.50. The original charge had been criminal trespass to a dwelling. A count of disorderly conduct was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion.
Eric M. Slachetka, 22, Ogema, pled no contest to improper display of license plate, tag or decal and inattentive driving. He forfeited $150.10 and $187.90, respectively.
Separate charges of failure of operator to notify police of an accident and non-registration of vehicle against Slachetka were dismissed on prosecutor’s motions.
Rochelle P. Strum, 35, Eau Claire, pled no contest to operating while under the influence-second offense. Strum was sentenced to serve 15 days in jail; pay a forfeiture of $1,540; her driver’s license was revoked for 13 months; an ignition interlock device is to be installed on her vehicle for 12 months; and she must undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and comply with the driver safety plan. A count of operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC)-second offense was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion.
The following were issued a divorce decree: Andrew B. Griffin, 52, Fort Myers, Fla., and Tyronda A. Griffin, 48, Medford.
