Jesse R. O’Brien, 36, Sheldon, was involved in an accident on March 21 at 8:15 a.m. on Beech Drive in the town of McKinley. According to the accident report, the O’Brien vehicle was westbound on Beech Drive when the driver lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle skidded off the road and into the north ditch where it struck a group of trees and overturned. O’Brien sustained suspected minor injuries, but was not transported for medical treatment. There was damage to the entire vehicle and it was towed from the scene. Driver condition was listed in the report as a factor in the accident. O’Brien was issued citations for operating while revoked, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, failure of occupant to notify police of an accident and failure to keep vehicle under control.

Jacqueline M. Malisheski, 32, Sheldon, was involved in an accident on March 26 at 4:09 p.m. on Spur Road in the town of McKinley. According to the accident report, the Malisheski vehicle was eastbound on Spur road when the driver fell asleep. the vehicle left the roadway and entered the south ditch where it struck the culvert for a driveway at W16297 Spur Rd. The vehicle travelled over the driveway and continued traveling in the ditch until it struck a group of trees. Malisheski sustained suspected minor injuries and was transported to Marshfi eld Medical Center-Ladysmith for medical treatment.

Four minor passengers in the vehicle, ages 9, 6, 15 months and 2 months, were not injured in the accident. The vehicle sustained disabling damage to the front, right front corner, right side front, left front corner, left side front and undercarriage. Failure to keep in designated lane and driver asleep or fatigued by Malisheski were listed in the report as factors in the accident. She was issued a citation for failure to keep vehicle under control.

Cody C. Hermanson, 26. Oshkosh, was involved in an accident on March 27 at 4:37 p.m. on CTH A in the town of Holway. According to the accident report, the Hermanson vehicle was eastbound on CTH A and was in the process of passing another vehicle when the driver noticed a vehicle in the oncoming lane of traffic. Hermanson slammed on the brakes to avoid a head-on collision and lost control of the vehicle. The Hermanson vehicle entered the south ditch where it struck a culvert, multiple trees and a power line pole, breaking the pole and power lines. The vehicle then rolled and came to a stop on the driver’s side. Hermanson sustained suspected minor injuries and was transported to Aspirus Medford Hospital for medical treatment. There was damage to the entire vehicle and it was towed from the scene. Failure to control; running off the roadway; and swerved or avoided due to wind, slippery surface, motor vehicle, object or non-object in the roadway by Hermanson were listed in the report as factors in the accident. He was issued a citation for failure to keep vehicle under control.

Megan A. Petersen, 32, Medford, was involved in an accident on March 27 at 10 p.m. on CTH O in the town of Little Black. According to the accident report, the Petersen vehicle was eastbound on CTH O when the driver swerved to avoid a deer in the roadway. The vehicle entered the south ditch and struck a driveway embankment at W5507 CTH O before coming to a stop. David M. Theilman, 33, Phillips, was involved in an accident on March 28 at 6 a.m. on CTH H in the town of Pershing. According to the accident report, the Theilman vehicle was northbound on CTH H when it crossed the centerline and entered the west ditch where it rolled onto the passenger side. Theilman sustained suspected minor injuries but was not transported for medical treatment. There was disabling damage to the entire vehicle. Road surface conditions and speeding too fast for conditions by Theilman were listed in the report as factors in the accident. He was issued a citation for driving too fast for conditions.

Wayne M. Schmeiser, 37, Medford, was involved in a hit-and-run accident on March 24 at 10 p.m. on CTH M in the town of Grover. According to the accident report, the Schmeiser vehicle was eastbound on CTH M towing a trailer and negotiating a curve in the roadway when the vehicle and trailer entered the south ditch. The vehicle and trailer came back onto CTH M, crossed the centerline and entered the north ditch where it struck a pole. Both the vehicle and trailer then rolled over, detaching from each other. There was disabling damage to the entire vehicle. Schmeiser was issued citations for hit-and-run damage to property adjacent to a highway, failure of occupant to notify police of an accident and failure to keep vehicle under control.

Abby A. Graham, 18, Medford, was involved in an accident on March 28 at 3:34 a.m. on CTH M in the town of Greenwood. According to the accident report, the Graham vehicle was westbound on CTH M when the vehicle began to fishtail due to snow, slush and ice on the roadway. The vehicle entered the north ditch where it struck a tree. The vehicle sustained disabling damage to the front, right side middle, right side rear, right rear corner, rear, left rear corner, left side rear and left side middle. It was towed from the scene. Weather and road surface conditions were listed in the report as factors in the the accident.
