A charge of resisting/obstructing an officer against C. Yoel Menashe, 31, Medford, was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion.

The following had initial appearances in court and entered pleas of not guilty: Javier F. Casanas Santana, 31, Medford, operating without a valid license-third or greater offense within three years; Mark D. Neumueller, 31, Thorp, operating a motor vehicle without insurance; Jerry L. Ogrady, 49, Phillips, speeding 11-15 mph over the limit; Randolph L. Vestal, 34, Eau Claire, two counts of trespass and one count of carrying or displaying a facsimile of a firearm; Tina M. Gebauer, 42, Medford, speeding 11-15 mph over the limit; Kristina D. Kapfhamer, 36, Medford, non-registration of vehicle.

Jenna Lee Fuchs, 18, Medford, pled no contest to speeding 25-29 mph over the limit. She forfeited $250.90 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days.

Adam J. Hemmer, 29, Stetsonville, pled guilty to operating while under the influence-first offense. Hemmer forfeited $1,050; his driver’s license was revoked for one year; an ignition interlock device (IID) is to be installed on his vehicle for one year; and he must complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow through with driver safety plan.

Angel L. Olavarria Figueroa, 50, Medford, pled guilty to operating while under the influence-first offense [prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC) greater than or equal to 0.15 percent]. Olavarria Figueroa forfeited $1,098; his driver’s license was revoked for eight months; an IID is to be installed on his vehicle for one year and he must complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow through with driver safety plan. A count of operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 percent-first offense was dismissed on the court’s own motion.

Olavarria Figueroa also pled guilty to reckless driving-endangering safety and forfeited $389.50 Olavarria Figueroa further pled guilty to passing in a no-passing zone and forfeited $213.10.

Hamm, 61, Owen, operating while suspended; Scott J. Holt, 45, Eau Claire, speeding 16-19 mph over the limit; Olen E. Hutchings, 53, Dorchester, operating a motor vehicle without insurance; Scott C. Jurgenson, 51, Wausau, operating a motor vehicle without insurance; Vita M. Nicpon, 19, Thorp, speeding 1619 mph over the limit; Shane D. Petrie, 26, Rib Lake, operating while suspended and operating a motor vehicle without insurance ($200.50 each offense); Taylor M. Ziegler, 28, Milwaukee, speeding 16-19 mph over the limit.
