• 11: Cribbage at the library, 1:30-3 p.m. The library will provide the cards and boards but feel free to bring your own. • 13: Discussion on local genealogy, 10-11 a.m. A member of the Spencer Historical Society will introduce some of the early pioneers of Spencer and discuss their importance to the village. There will also be time to ask questions and for local families to receive genealogical help. • 17: As the Page Turns Book Club, 1-2 p.m., will be discussing “The All-Girl Filling Station’s Last Reunion” by Fannie Flagg.; Friends of the Library visit, 1 p.m. A member from the Friends of the Marathon County Public Library will have a table set up at the library to discuss the nonprofit organization with patrons and sign up new members. Feel free to stop in and ask them questions about the organization. • 18: Family story time, 10:30-11 a.m., children age 6 and younger, and their parents and caregivers, are invited to join us for family story time. We will share books with the group, sing a song or two, and more during our time together.
