OURT Isabella Nielsen, 25, whose address is listed as the Price County Jail, Phillips, was placed on probation for 24 months and was ordered to pay $8,550.52 in fines and restitution for resisting/failure to stop, theft of moveable property, and resisting or obstructing an officer. In a separate case, she was sentenced to 90 days in jail (with 60 stayed) and placed on probation for 24 months for possession of methamphetamine. She was fined $518 and given the choice to perform 120 hours of community service in lieu of 15 days in jail. Additional charges of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Brandon R. Paananen, 27, Oshkosh, was fined $301.30 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Damion J. Pedersen, 21, Osseo, was sentenced to 90 days in jail for third-degree sexual assault. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for five years and was ordered to pay $1,105 in fines and costs.

Benjamin S. Riihinen, 26, Owen, was fined $967.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Albert X. Rodriguez Lazu, 28, Abbotsford, was sentenced to 15 days in jail for battery/domestic abuse. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for one year and fined $565.60. Charges of strangulation and suffocation/domestic abuse and disorderly conduct/ domestic abuse were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Austin G. Scheidler, 19, Stanley, was fined $200.50 on each of two counts of operating a vehicle while suspended and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

Natasha R. Schmitz, 32, Chippewa Falls, was fined $811.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Hope O. Sitzberger, 22, Neenah, was fined $250.90 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

McCoy A. Soppa, 24, Colby, was fined $1,094 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $358 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (35-39 mph over limit).

Terry L. Sparks, 49, Wisconsin Rapids, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Douglas J. Straszkowski, 51, Thorp, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for 12 months for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Thomas M. Tenneson, 42, Blair, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a license, $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia, $389.50 for a uniform controlled substance act violation, and $242.90 for fishing without a license.

Saul Vazquez Rivera, 34, Neillsville, was fined $811.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit). Elan G. Whiteeagle, 34, Black River Falls, was fined $263.50 for open intoxicants in a vehicle/driver, $200.50 for operating a vehicle while revoked,$263.50 for hit-and-run of property adjacent to a highway, $200.50 for a license restriction violation, $263.50 for displaying a false vehicle registration plate, and $389.50 for failure to notify police of an accident.

Daniel H. Windl, 49, Thorp, was fined $452.50 for operating an ATV/UTV while intoxicated. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
