OURT Anthony J. Borowski, 22, Stanley, was fined $767.50 for failure to yield the rightof- way, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, and $175.30 for nonregistration.

Travis R. Bass, 37, Granton, was fined $263.50 for open intoxicants in a vehicle/ driver and $213.10 for failure to keep a vehicle under control.

Heather S. Bautista Santiago, 31, Little Chute, was fined $250.90 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Amanda Burns, 38, Dallas, was fined $996 on two counts of failure to support a child. Four additional counts of failure to support a child were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Mason S. Cliver, 27, Dorchester, was fined $263.50 for hit-and-run of an unattended vehicle and $175.30 for unsafe backing of a vehicle.

Beni H. Davidson, 41, Chicago, Ill., was sentenced to 60 days in jail, placed on probation for two years, and fined $1,329 on three counts of failure to support a child. The jail sentence is stayed if he maintains prescribed employment levels. An additional count of failure to support a child was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Daniel Garcia Maganda, 30, Unity, was fined $389.50 for operating a vehicle while revoked/fourth offense, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, $175.30 for non-registration, and $200.50 for violation of child safety restraint requirements.

Kaitlyn M. Gora, 22, Neillsville, was fined $250.90 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Anthony D. Haas, 45, Humbird, was sentenced to 45 days in jail (first 20 to be served, remainder stayed until further orders from court), placed on probation for two years, and fined $618 for battery/ domestic abuse-repeater. A charge of disorderly conduct/domestic abuse-repeater was dismissed but read-in to the court record. He was also fined $443 for disorderly conduct.

Zachary W. Hardinger, 24, Marshfield, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Marcelo Hernandez Santiago, 32, Abbotsford, was sentenced to 60 days in jail for neglecting a child. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for two years and fined $518. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and neglecting a child/as party to a crime were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Craig J. Kawa, 43, Owen, was fined $295 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (30-34 mph over limit).

Rachel M. Konieczny, 34, Mosinee, was sentenced to four years in prison and four years of extended supervision and ordered to pay $2,503.59 in costs and restitution for second-degree recklessly endangering safety/as party to a crime. She was also sentenced to 18 months in prison and 18 months of extended supervision and fined $518 on each of three charges of neglecting a child, with those sentences to run concurrently. She was also sentenced to nine months in jail and fined $443 on each of four additional counts of neglecting a child, and sentenced to six months in jail and fined $518 for bail jumping.

Joseph T. Ladewig, 22, Merrill, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Thai Lor, 21, Saint Paul, Minn., was fined $301.30 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Helena A. Lynn, 48, Colby, was fined $250.90 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Javier Y. Maldonado Cornejo, 30, whose address is listed as the Port Isabel Processing Center in Los Fresnos, Texas, was sentenced to 126 days in jail and fined $1,329 on two counts of disorderly conduct and one count of resisting/failing to stop.

Dale A. Martin, 42, Altoona, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended, $213.10 for failure to keep a vehicle under control, $389.50 for failure to notify police of an accident, $263.50 for open intoxicants in a vehicle/driver, and $10 for operating a vehicle without proof of insurance.

Philip A. McClure, 45, Colby, was sentenced to 60 days in jail, placed on probation for two years, and fined $443 for battery/domestic abuse. The first 30 days of the jail sentence are to be served and the remainder are stayed until further orders from the court. He was also placed on probation for two years and fined $886 on two counts of disorderly conduct/ domestic abuse.

Kamie V. McDermond, 38, Loyal, was fined $326.50 on each of two counts of disorderly conduct.

Michael A.R. Meyer, 26, Turtle Lake, was fined $886.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $389.50 for operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related offense.

Silvia Marisol Moncel, 37, Dorchester, was sentenced to 85 days in jail and fined $2,197 for a fourth OWI offense. Twentynine days of the jail sentence are to be served and the remainder is stayed until further orders from the court. Her driver’s license was revoked for 24 months and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on her vehicle for 24 months. She was also placed on probation for three years for bail jumping. In a separate case, she was placed on probation for 12 months and fined $543 for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse. Additional charges of battery/ domestic abuse and bail jumping were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Kashaya F. Morgan, 19, Wisconsin Rapids, was fined $358 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (35-39 mph over limit).
