OURT Mathew Balich, 47, Owen, was sentenced to three years in prison and four years of extended supervision and fined $518 for second-degree sexual assault/use of force/attempted. He was also sentenced to two years in prison and one year of extended supervision -- to run concurrent with the first term -- and fined $518 for false imprisonment. Charges of second-degree sexual assault/use of force, fourth-degree sexual assault, and invading privacy in a public place with the person present were dismissed but read-in to the court record. Charlotte M. Boerst, 48, Shawano, was fined $1,019 and her driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on her vehicle for 12 months and she is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Kerline Buchanan, 45, Neillsville, was fined $250.90 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).
Melissa A. Cook, 44, Greenwood, was fined $200.50 on each of three counts of operating a vehicle without insurance and $175.30 on each of three counts of nonregistration.
Gerardo Mendez Cruz, 34, Thorp, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license, and $175.30 for non-registration.
Jeffery M. Devlin, 29, Janesville, was sentenced to 45 days in jail for possession of THC. The sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for 18 months and fined $443. He was also placed on probation for 18 months and fined $443 for bail jumping/repeater. Additional charges of possession of THC/second offense/ repeater, disorderly conduct, and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
Levi J. Duda, 21, Granton, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while revoked, $175.30 for speeding, $175.30 for non-registration, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.
Jesse D. Dusick, 30, Stanley, was fined $841.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Cory K. Eibergen, 30, Granton, was fined $389.50 for failure to notify police of an accident and $213.10 for failure to keep a vehicle under control.
