OURT Blake A. Acker, 21, Greenwood, was sentenced nine months in jail after his probation was revoked on a 2020 conviction for fourth-degree sexual assault.

Dustin G. Blume, 37, Loyal, was fined $515.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (more than 35 mph over limit).

Alicia M. Bowe, 29, Kewaskum, was fined $301.30 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit). She was also fined $10 for operating a vehicle without proof of insurance.

Isaac A. Eberl, 19, Marshfield, was fined $187.90 for inattentive driving and $175.30 for failure to stop at a stop sign.

Alejandro A. Hernandez, 32, Abbotsford, was fined $579 for operating a vehicle without a valid license/second offense within three years and $389.50 for failure to notify police of an accident.

Jesse E. Johnson, 30, Neillsville, was sentenced to nine months in jail after his probation was revoked on 2019 convictions for possession of methamphetamine/second or subsequent arrest and bail jumping. In a separate case, he was sentenced to nine months in jail for knowingly violating a domestic abuse order/repeater. The jail sentence was stayed and he was ordered to spend 30 days in jail and serve 18 months on probation and pay a $543 fine. He was also sentenced to 90 days in jail (also stayed) and fined $543 for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse.

Kara K. Keding, 31, Chili, was fined $175.30 on each of two counts of speeding.

Adam N. Langiewicz, 58, Boyd, was fined $263.50 on each of two counts of disorderly conduct.

Duane M. Leid, 21, Lancaster, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Kevin K. Lovelien Mork, 27, Humbird, was fined $358 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (35-39 mph over limit).

Jessica G. Meyer, 20, Eau Claire, was fined $250.90 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Richard L. Much, 51, Owen, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit). He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

Isabella R. Nielsen, 25, Medford, was fined $811.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment. She was also fined $515.50 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (more than 45 mph over limit).

Douglas W. Polzin, 44, Neillsville, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while revoked, $213.10 for failure to keep a vehicle under control, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

Anthony R. Porada, 46, Loyal, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for 12 months for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Riley B. Raether, 19, Thorp, was fined $301.30 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Assir Ramirez Perez, 33, Neillsville, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for 12 months for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Tatan J. Schwoch, 17, Osseo, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Ashley L. Seekamp, 37, Merrillan, was fined $886.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Joseph P. Suda, 35, Spencer, was sentenced to 45 days in jail and fined $1,819 for a third OWI offense. His driver’s license was revoked for 24 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 24 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Robert A. Wilkinson, 52, Hixton, was fined $358 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (35-39 mph over limit). He was also fined $175.30 on each of two counts of failure to stop for a stop sign, $213.10 for failure to keep a vehicle under control, and $238.30 for displaying an unauthorized vehicle registration plate.
