Raul Portillo Castaneda, 20, Abbotsford, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for 12 months for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
AJ Rueth, 26, whose address is listed as the Dodge Correctional Facility, was sentenced to 18 months in prison and 18 months of extended supervision for substantial battery/intend bodily harm. The sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for three years and ordered to pay $3,999.84 in costs and restitution.
Terrall T. Schug, 22, Spencer, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).
Tyler J. Steinke, 31, Marshfield, was sentenced to 45 days in jail and fined $1,894 for a third OWI offense with an alcohol fine enhancer. His driver’s license was revoked for 24 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 24 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Jody F. Whiteeagle, 32, Black River Falls, was sentenced to 75 days in jail and fined $2,207 for a fourth OWI offense. His driver’s license was revoked for 30 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 30 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
