OURT Kenneth P. Frankewicz, 62, Owen, was fined $841.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Christopher M. Hoeper, 40, Loyal, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for 12 months for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
John E. Horst, 24, Thorp, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license and $175.30 for disorderly conduct.
Justin A. Jensen, 31, Neillsville, was sentenced to 18 months in prison and 18 months of extended supervision for a fifth/sixth OWI offense with an alcohol fine enhancer. The prison sentence was stayed and he was ordered to serve 180 days in jail, serve two years on probation, and pay a fine of $1,894. His driver’s license was revoked for 18 months, and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 18 months. In a separate case, he was sentenced to 245 days in jail, placed on probation for two years, and fined $4,049 for a fourth OWI offense with an alcohol fine enhancer. His driver’s license was revoked for 36 months and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 36 months.
Tyler B. Justice, 31, Stetsonville, was sentenced to 45 days in jail and fined $1,829 for a third offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration with an alcohol fine enhancer. His driver’s license was revoked for 24 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Joseph L. Keller, 36, Neillsville, was fined $589 for operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related offense. Charges of ignition interlock device tampering/ failure to install and operating a vehicle without insurance were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
John T. Knar, 25, Thorp, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for 12 months for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Tanya L. Neumann, 38, La Crosse, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for battery/domestic abuse. The jail sentence was stayed and she was placed on probation for 18 months and fined $553. Charges of bail jumping and disorderly conduct/domestic abuse were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
Otto L. Peters, 56, Green Bay, was fined $868.50 for possess/transport untagged raw pelt or unskinned carcass of bobcat, fisher, otter or wolf, and $263.10 for illegal trapping or baiting.
Luke F. Podolak, 18, Eau Claire, was fined $1,044 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first OWI offense.
Luis A. Vazquez Acosta, 24, Abbotsford, was sentenced to 10 days in jail and fined $1,480 for a second offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration. His driver’s license was revoked for 12 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed in his vehicle for 12 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
James M. Vold, 41, Eau Claire, was sentenced to five days in jail and fined $343 for possession of drug paraphernalia. A charge of possession of an illegallyobtained prescription was dismissed but read-in to the court record.
Delmar H. Willis, 26, Woodridge, Ill., was sentenced to 60 days in jail for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for 12 months and fined $543. A charge of battery/ domestic abuse was dismissed but read-in to the court record.
Joshua L. Wunrow, 23, Neillsville, was sentenced to one year in jail (first six months to be served; second six months stayed until further orders from the court) for taking and driving a vehicle without consent/as party to a crime. He was placed on probation for three years and ordered to pay $23,821.18 in costs and restitution. He was also placed on probation for three years and fined $518 for a second count of taking and driving a vehicle without consent/as party to a crime. Two similar additional counts were dismissed and read-in to the court record. In a separate case, he was placed on probation for three years and ordered to pay $14,617.67 in costs and restitution for driving or operating a vehicle without consent/as party to a crime. He was also placed on probation for two years and fined $443 for criminal damage to property/as party to a crime. Two additional charges of criminal damage to property/as party to a crime were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
Cole R. Young, 23, Alma Center, was sentenced to 155 days in jail and fined $3,539.50 for a third OWI offense with an alcohol fine enhancer. His driver’s license was revoked for 33 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 33 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
