OURT Jessica F. Baughman, 37, Stanley, was fined $967.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment. She was also fined $213.10 for failure to keep a vehicle under control and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

Joseph E. Baures, 38, Greenwood, was placed on probation for one year and fined $443 for disorderly conduct/ domestic abuse. A charge of battery/domestic abuse was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Joy A. Bergstrom, 24, Taylor, was fined $886.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Bee Bi, 24, Saint Paul, Minn., was fined $301.30 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Jesse T. Black, 31, Neillsville, was fined $263.50 for failure to maintain general cleanliness of property/owner, $175.30 for failure to maintain general cleanliness of property/ tenant, and $175.30 for public nuisance/occupant.

Tekeisha A. Bousum, 41, Auburndale, was fined $652 for ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/ violate court order. A charge of bail jumping was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Tiffany D. Catchpole, 33, Abbotsford, was fined $250.90 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Stephanie A. Covert, 25, Wisconsin Rapids, was fined $175.30 for non-registration, $263.50 for displaying false vehicle registration plates, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

Balbino Crespo, 45, Folcroft, Pa., was fined $1,091.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for nine months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Richard Cruz Correa, 34, Colby, was fined $515.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (more than 45 mph over limit). He was also fined $200.50 on each of two counts of operating a vehicle without insurance, $213.10 for unreasonable and imprudent speed, $150.10 for failure to display vehicle license plates, $162.70 for operating a vehicle without stopping lights, $213.10 for passing in a no-passing zone, $175.30 for non-registration, and $10 for a safety belt violation.

Shane W. Dircks, 21, Stanley, was fined $389.50 for failure to notify police of an accident and $175.30 for failure to stop at a stop sign.

Janice A. Garbisch, 61, Marshfield, was fined $50 and her driver’s license was revoked for three years for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on her vehicle for 30 months and she is to undergo an alcohol assessment. She was also fined $263.50 for open intoxicants in a vehicle/driver.

Joshua T. Harmon, 34, Neillsville, was fined $175.30 on each of two counts of a dog at large.

Santos S. Hernandez Mejia, 43, Curtiss, was fined $263.50 for open intoxicants in a vehicle/driver, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, $175.30 for a cracked/damaged vehicle windshield, and $213.10 for operating left of center.

Tanya E. Keller, 43, Neillsville, was fined $175.30 on each of two counts of failure to stop for a stop sign and $213.10 for operating left of center.

Rahkeem R. Kilgore McFall, 24, Neillsville, was fined $1,012.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Kaia L. Knudson, 28, Neillsville, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, $175.30 for a cracked/damaged vehicle windshield, and $175.30 for non-registration.

Robert L. Kvistad, 48, Greenwood, was fined $389.50 for public nuisance/owner and $175.30 for public nuisance/ owner.

Zachary M. Lagow, 22, Neillsville, was fined $175.30 on each of two counts of operating a vehicle after revocation/ suspension of registration.

Abbie M. Miller, 38, Greenwood, was sentenced to five days in jail and fined $1,464 for a first OWI offense with a passenger under the age of 16. Her driver’s license was revoked for 12 months and she is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Michael L. Muss, 22, Phillips, was sentenced to 15 days in jail for disorderly conduct. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for one year and fined $448. A second count of disorderly conduct was dismissed but read-in to the court record.
