OURT Sara L. Benson, 30, Marshfield, was fined $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia and $175.30 for nonregistration.

Justin D. McDonald, 20, Spencer, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense. He was also fined $213.10 for operating left of center.

Ryan J. Micke, 21, Boyd, was fined $515.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (more than 35 mph over limit). He was also fined $238.30 for displaying an unauthorized vehicle registration plate, $175.30 for operating a vehicle without an adequate muffl er, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance. Myah P.C. Paine, 33, Greenwood, was fined $187.90 for inattentive driving, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, $389.50 for failure to notify police of an accident, and $175.30 for non-registration.

Mark J. Peck, 38, Granton, was fined $187.90 for inattentive driving and $213.10 for failure to keep a vehicle under control.

Devin D. Rose, 20, Willard, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking violation. He was also fined $200.50 on each of two counts of speeding.

Louella H. Sensenig, 29, Curtiss, was sentenced to 15 days in jail, placed on probation for 12 months, and fined $1,945 for operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration with a passenger under age 16/ second offense. Her driver’s license was revoked for two years and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on her vehicle for two years. Charges of displaying an unauthorized vehicle registration plate, operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related violation, ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install, and non-registration were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Lisa M. Steen, 44, Dorchester, was placed on probation for three years, ordered to pay $19,519.53 in costs and restitution, and perform 40 hours of community service for misconduct in office/fraud and theft in a business setting. Five additional felony counts were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Trey D. Stumpner, 22, Loyal, was fined $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia, $389.50 for a uniform controlled substance act violation, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended.

Jeremy J. Szymanski, 18, Thorp, was fined $301.30 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Cody A.Taylor, 28, Porterfield, was fined $1,012.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance and $10 for a safety belt violation.

Michele T. Vallery, 48, Stanley, was fined $1,012.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment. She was also fined $213.10 for operating left of center.

Anthony A. Wallace, 46, Owen, was sentenced to 40 days in jail and placed on probation for 18 months for a second OWI offense. The first five days of the jail sentence are to be served and the rest stayed. He was fined $1,595, his driver’s license was revoked for 18 months, and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 18 months. He was also placed on probation for 18 months and fined $443 for bail jumping. Additional charges of disorderly conduct/domestic abuse, bail jumping, operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related violation, and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Timothy A. Wilmoth, 45, LeRoy, Minn., was fined $886.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Kaleb L.K. Winkler, 22, Neillsville, was fined $536 for criminal damage to property/as party to a crime. A charge of theft of moveable property/as party to a crime was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Marianna K.J. Zimmer, 17, Green Bay, was fined $50 and her driver’s license was revoked for 12 months for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on her vehicle for 12 months and she is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
