OURT Gary L. Thoma, 51, Neillsville, was fined $1,094 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Jakota J. Todd, 20, Withee, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense. He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended.

Tyler D. Van Rooy, 23, Owen, was placed on probation for two years and fined $1,096 for battery/domestic abuse and disorderly conduct/domestic abuse. A charge of false imprisonment was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Zachary W. Vetterkind, 20, Neillsville, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

Jordan C. Videka, 19, Boyd, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

Abigayle L. Walters, 20, Cadott, was fined $263.50 and her driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

Austin I. Werlein, 19, Abbotsford, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Carson W. White, 17, Chippewa Falls, was fined $301.30 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Tabari T. Whitney, 17, Milladore, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

Michael T. Wilson, 20, Greenwood, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended, and $213.10 for operating left of center.

Devin M. Witt, 20, Marshfield, was fined $389.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for nine months for a second underage drinking offense, and he was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

Kali J. Yoder, 27, Fall Creek, was fined $295 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (30-34 mph over limit). She was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

Nathan J. Zawislan, 20, Marshfield, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.
