OURT Christopher E. Barth, 44, Greenwood, was fined $544.50 for failure to keep records as required/failure to keep accurate records/provide incorrect information-as party to a crime, and $343.50 for failure to complete registration as required for bear/deer/turkey-as party to a crime.

Steven A. Guzman, 28, Neillsville, was sentenced to 15 days in jail and fined $1,514 for a second offense of operating a vehicle with a restricted controlled substance. His driver’s license was revoked for 12 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. Charges of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Sara J. Helgeson, 37, Black River Falls, was placed on probation for 12 months, fined $443, and ordered to perform 40 hours of community service for criminal trespass to a dwelling. Charges of criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Nathan W. Larson, 25, Neillsville, was sentenced to 120 days in jail and fined $518 for battery.

Brandon G. Mitchell, 25, Abbotsford, was placed on probation for 24 months, fined $1,086, and ordered to perform 80 hours of community service for battery/domestic abuse and disorderly conduct/domestic abuse. Charges of strangulation and suffocation/domestic abuse and bail jumping were read-in to the court record. In a separate case, he was sentenced to 120 days in jail (to be held in abeyance for use at a probation agent’s discretion, placed on probation for 24 months, ordered to perform 80 hours of community service, and fined $518 for resisting an offi cer/substantial bodily harm. Two counts of resisting or obstructing an officer were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Jeremy J. Oestreich, 31, Alma Center, was sentenced to 20 days in jail and fined $1,945 for a second OWI offense with a passenger under the age of 16. His driver’s license was revoked for 24 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 24 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Andrew J. Prusinski, 27, Greenwood, was fined $537.50 for operating an ATV/UTV while intoxicated. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $232 for illegally operating an ATV/UTV on/in vicinity of a highway.

Jarrett A. Rausch, 22, Spencer, was sentenced to 159 days in jail after his probation was revoked on a 2019 conviction for fourth-degree sexual assault.

Travon J. Rogers, 20, Merrillan, was fined $200.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

Tiffany M. Stone, 28, Wisconsin Rapids, was fined $712 for criminal trespass to a dwelling/as party to a crime. A charge of theft of moveable property/as party to a crime was dismissed but read-in to the court record.
