Court dates March 1-15 Violations resulting in incarceration or probation John R. Kolstad, 34, Minneapolis, Minn., was fined $1,869 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, fifth or sixth). He was sentenced to 18 months in state prison and two years of extended supervision. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were operating while revoked (forfeiture first), felony bail jumping, and possession of methamphetamine.
Ryan William Alwes, 41, was fined $1,629 for two counts of battery (domestic abuse—infliction of physical pain or injury) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments). His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for two years. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were child abuse—intentionally cause harm, and strangulation and suffocation (attempt).
Cody J. Bunkelman, 31, Dorchester, was fined $1,617 for OWI (second). He was sentenced to 15 days in local jail. He had his license revoked 12 months, and will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.
Alyssa M. Harris, 34, Marshfield, was fined $443 for disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments). Her sentence was withheld and she was placed on probation for one year. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were five counts of misdemeanor bail jumping.
Various forfeitures (organized by dollar amount) Randy E. Wilkinson, 54, Fairchild, was fined $15,300 for 26 counts of abandoned, junked vehicle and appliances prohibited; 12 counts of TM mobile home restrictions on property; two counts of public nuisance—continuous violation of township ordinances; and two counts of a breeding place for vermin.
Carl E. Wadel, 35, Ewing, Ill., was fined $3,339.14 for three counts of intentionally abandoning an animal. Eight counts of intentionally abandoning an animal were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Todd James Mancl, 59, Waupaca, was fined $3,292.72 for violation of special weight limits.
Dylan Jon Leu, 22, Medford, was fined $1,192.50 for OWI (first, PAC greater than or equal to 0.15; amended from causing injury/operating while under the influence, first, PAC greater than or equal to 0.15). He had his license revoked eight months, and will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.
Celedonio Tentzohua, 22, Elk Mound, was fined $1,158 for resisting or obstructing an officer and operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal). Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were misdemeanor bail jumping and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order.
Selena J. Padilla-Vialpando, 29, Neillsville, was fined $1,031.50 for failure of operator to notify police of accident and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were operating left of center, failure to keep vehicle under control, transferee fail/apply new vehicle title, and operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal).
Tiana Raelyn LaFortune, 30, Neillsville, was fined $968 for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC) greater than or equal to 0.15 (first). She had her license revoked for six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment. Charges of speeding in a 55 mph zone (11-15 mph) and refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Ryan Michael Smith, 24, Neillsville, was fined $936.50 for OWI (first). He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
Sondra Dee Stange, 52, Spencer, was fined $911.50 for operating with a restricted, controlled substance (first). She had her license revoked six months and had to complete an alcohol assessment.
Tyler James Pedersen, 33, Greenwood, was fined $779 for two counts of operating while revoked (forfeiture fourth).
Valentin Tzompaxtle Sanchez, 39, Stanley, was fined $715 for operating without a valid license (third-plus within three years). A charge of operating a motor vehicle without insurance was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Juana Iris Bernal Ozuna, 37, Dorchester, was fined $652 for operating without a valid license (third-plus within three years).
