Court dates Feb. 15-28 Violations resulting in incarceration or probation Jerson Rodriguez Flores, was fined $2,541 for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC, second), resisting or obstructing an officer, and possession of THC. All but five days of his jail sentence were stayed pending successful completion of 18 months of probation. He had his license revoked 14 months and will be required to use an ignition interlock device. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were: misappropriate ID information—avoid penalty, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal).

Charles Arthur Koran, 70, Merrillan, was fined $1,869 for OWI (third). He was sentenced to 45 days in local jail. He will be required to use an ignition interlock device for 24 months and had his license revoked 24 months. He will also be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

Kyle S. Borslien, 31, Thorp, was fined $1,404 for vehicle operator flee/elude officer, misdemeanor bail jumping, and operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal). His jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for two years. Charges dismissed but read in were two additional counts of operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal), two counts of ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order, disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments), and second-degree recklessly endangering safety.

Joseph M. Carter, 39, Rice Lake, was fined $543 for disorderly conduct (repeater, domestic abuse assessments). His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for one year. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were intimidate victim/dissuade reporting (domestic abuse assessments, repeater) and theft of movable property less than or equal to $2,500 (repeater).

Kyle S. Neinfeldt, 26, Greenwood, was fined $443 for resisting or obstructing an officer (repeater). His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for one year. A charge of operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal, repeater) was dismissed but read in to the court record.

He was sentenced to 15 days in local jail. He had his license revoked 12 months, had an ignition interlock device installed, and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were: failure of operator to notify police of accident, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal), misdemeanor bail jumping, and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order.

Tiffaney Michelle Mercier, 43, Marshfield, was fined $1,898.50 for operating with a restricted, controlled substance (first); neglecting a child (specified harm did not occur); and possession of methamphetamine. Her jail sentence was withheld and she was placed on probation for three years. She also had her license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were: possession of methamphetamine, felony bail jumping, possession of THC, possessing an illegally obtained prescription, two counts of possessing drug paraphernalia, possessing with intent—fentanyl (less than or equal to 10 grams), possessing with intent—THC (less than or equal to 200 grams), and possession of cocaine/coca.

Efrain Carbomerino, 22, Thorp, was fined $1,389 for failure of operator to notify police of accident and reckless driving—endanger safety.

Makala Simone Buckman, 25, Detroit, Mich., was fined $1,301 for operating with a restricted, controlled substance (first) and a Uniform Controlled Substance Act violation. She had her license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

Isaiah Ethan Heil, 25, Medford, was fined $968 for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC) greater than or equal to 0.08 but less than 0.15 (first). He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

Brandon Lee Paulsen, 26, Stanley, was fined $937.50 for operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 (first).
