Mario Alberto Gutierrez Guillen, 24, Spencer, was fined $1,420 for two counts of operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal). Two counts of felony bail jumping were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Carin-Lin Bridges, 63, Edgar, was fined $961.50 for operating with a restricted, controlled substance (first). He had his license revoked six months, will be required to use an ignition interlock device, and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
