Court dates Feb. 1-14 Violations resulting in incarceration or probation Kevin K. Lovelien Mork, 31, Humbird, was fined $44,676.45 for theft of movable property greater than $5,000 to $10,000. All but 60 days of his jail sentence was stayed and he was also ordered to three years’ probation.
Rogelio Aguilera Bonilla, 45, Curtiss, was fined $3,399 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, third, alcohol fine enhancer). He was sentenced to 125 days in local jail, with three days’ credit. He had his license revoked for 30 months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment and use an ignition interlock device for 30 months. A charge of operating left of center was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Jose Abel Zuniga Jr., 40, Owen was fined $1,972 for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration greater than or equal to 0.02 under an ignition interlock device order (second) and misdemeanor bail jumping. He was sentenced to 10 days in local jail. He had his license revoked for 12 months, and will be required to use an ignition interlock device for 12 months and complete an alcohol assessment. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were: possessing open intoxicants in a motor vehicle — driver, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and two counts of operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal).
Jason L. Doffing, 47, Marathon, was fined $1,772 for misdemeanor bail jumping, stalking, violate/harassment restraining order — injunction, and violate/harassment restraining order. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for 18 months. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were: 11 additional counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and an additional count of violate/harassment restraining order — injunction.
Vickie D. Riley, 59, Neillsville, was fined $1,283 for possessing amphetamine/LSD/psilocin. Her sentence was withheld and she was placed on probation for one year.
Lester A. Grata, 74, Granton, was fined $961 for criminal damage to property (repeater) and OWI (fourth, alcohol fine enhancer). He was sentenced to 90 days in local jail and three years of probation. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were: carrying a concealed knife (repeater), disorderly conduct (repeater), misdemeanor bail jumping (repeater), operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal, repeater), and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order (repeater).
Viviane Aguiar, 38, Cary, N.C., was fined $543 for battery (domestic abuse assessments, infliction of physical pain or injury). His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for two years. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record include: battery or threat to judge, prosecutor, or law enforcement officer; strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuse assessments, infliction of physical pain or injury); substantial battery — intend bodily harm (domestic abuse — infliction of physical pain or injury); resisting or obstructing an officer; two counts of criminal damage to property (domestic abuse assessments); and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments, infliction of physical pain or injury).
