Court dates Jan. 16–31 Violations resulting in incarceration or probation Todd C. Gurney, 39, Chili, was fined $3,364 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, third, alcohol fine enhancer). He was sentenced to 125 days in local jail. He had his license revoked for 30 months and will be required to use an ignition interlock device for 30 months. He will also be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
Amy Foth, 40, Greenwood, was fined $2,415 for OWI (second), misdemeanor bail jumping, and resisting or obstructing an officer. She was sentenced to 15 days in local jail and 18 months of probation. She also will have to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment. Five additional counts of misdemeanor bail jumping were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Brian L. Irwin, 57, Withee, was fined $1,529 for battery (domestic abuse — infliction of physical pain or injury, domestic abuse assessments), misdemeanor bail jumping, and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments). His sentence was stayed and he was placed on two years of probation. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record include disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments), misdemeanor bail jumping, and criminal damage to property (domestic abuse assessments).
Jorge Ramirez Hernandez, 31, Marshfield, was fined $1,429 for operating with a restricted, controlled substance (second). He was sentenced to 10 days in local jail. He had his license revoked for 12 months, and will be required to use an ignition interlock device for 12 months and complete an alcohol assessment.
Wesley R. Shaw, 38, Neillsville, was fined $1,061 for felony bail jumping (increased penalty for elder person victim, repeater) and disorderly conduct (increased penalty for elder person victim, repeater, domestic abuse assessments). His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for three years. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were second-degree recklessly endangering safety (increased penalty for elder person victim, domestic abuse assessments, repeater) and endanger safety/use/dangerous weapon (increased penalty for elder person victim, repeater, domestic abuse assessments).
Kody Allen Luoma, 36, Neillsville, was fined $518 for felony bail jumping. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for three years. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were possession of cocaine/coca (second-plus) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jonathan Wayne Timm, 53, Unity, was fined $518 for possession of THC (second-plus offense). His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for 18 months.
Various forfeitures (organized by dollar amount) Austin L. Stauffer, 18, Owen, was fined $2,005 for OWI (first), resisting/failing to stop, and resisting or obstructing an officer. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for 18 months. He also had his license revoked seven months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were failure to stop at a stop sign, refusal to take test for intoxication after arrest, and deviation from the designated lane.
Milton Alexander Izaguirre Jimenez, 26, Neillsville, was fined $1,570.60 for operating left of center, operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.08 but less than 0.15 (first), and resisting or obstructing an officer. He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
Christopher Daniel Hermann, 45, Greenwood, was fined $1,470.50 for OWI (first) and a Uniform Controlled Substance Act violation. He had his license revoked eight months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment and use an ignition interlock device for 12 months.
Timothy Aaron Small, 36, Neillsville, was fined $946.50 for OWI (first). He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
Lorenzo Zopiyactle Galvez, 41, was fined $918.10 for passing in a no-passing zone and operating without a valid license (third-plus within three years). Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were passing into oncoming traffic and automobile following too closely.
Cordell Michael Dean Barnhart, 41, Spencer, was fined $815.70 for failure of operator to notify police of accident, failure to keep vehicle under control, and driving too fast for conditions.
Jose B. Martinez-Castellanos, 44, Round Lake Heights, Ill., was fined $778 for operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal).
Trent A. Kroening, 46, Owen, was fined $768 for operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal).
Genaro Cruzbautista, 47, Abbotsford, was fined $652 for operating without a valid license (third-plus within three years).
Amy Dayanna Castellon Gradys, 26, Thorp, was fined $589 for operating without a valid license (second within three years).
Marco A. Cuaquehua-Sanchez, 36, Mondovi, was fined $589 for operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal).
David P. Wright, 47, Loyal, was fined $589 for disorderly conduct, amended from battery.
Nelson J. Escobar, 26, Abbotsford, was fined $579 for operating without a valid license (second within three years).
