He was sentenced to 10 days in local jail. He also will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment, and had his license revoked 12 months. Acharge of operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal) was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Duane M. Leid, 24, Owen, was fined $2,554 for two counts of possession of child pornography (repeater) and a sex registry violation. He was sentenced to five years in state prison and four years in extended supervision.
Nathan Thomas Hanke, 20, was fined $2,403 for a hit and run, and operating with a PAC (second). He was sentenced to 30 days in local jail. He will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment. He also had his license revoked 12 months. Another charge of hit and run was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Matthew Leroy Coulthard, 45, Neillsville, was fined $1,554 for possessing amphetamine/LSD/psilocin (second-plus), felony bail jumping, and possession of methamphetamine. He was sentenced to 12 months in local jail. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were possession of methamphetamine (second and subsequent offense), possession of THC (second-plus offense), another count of possessing amphetamine/LSD/psilocin (second-plus), maintaining a drug trafficking place, possessing an illegally obtained prescription, and possessing drug paraphernalia.
Dana Marie Ecker, 42, Alma Center, was fined $1,086 for battery (repeater, domestic abuse assessments, infliction of physical pain or injury) and criminal damage to property (domestic abuse assessments, repeater). Her sentence was withheld and she was placed on probation for two years. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were misdemeanor bail jumping (repeater), and disorderly conduct (repeater, domestic abuse assessments, infliction of physical pain or injury).
Nathan M. Hanson, 26, Black River Falls, was fined $1,036 for manufacturing/delivering an amphetamine (greater than 10 to 50 grams) and possessing with intent — fentanyl (repeater). He was sentenced to four years in state prison and five years of extended supervision.
Riley Aiden Schneider, 19, Loyal, was fined $831 for hit and run. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for one year.
Josiah Nathaniel Rose, 25, Marshfield, was fined $568 for causing injury/operate—controlled substance (two-plus). He was sentenced to 10 months in local jail.
Ruthy Ann Ostrowski, 23, Sheldon, was fined $553 for theft of movable property less than or equal to $2,500 (as party to a crime). Her sentence was withheld and she was placed on probation for 12 months.
Donovan Quinten Tischer, 27, Loyal, was fined $543 for battery (attempt, domestic abuse assessments, infliction of physical pain or injury). His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for 18 months. A charge of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments) was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Nicole F. Fitzl, 44, Owen, was fined $518 for battery or threat to a judge, prosecutor of law enforcement officer. She was sentenced to seven months in local jail. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were disorderly conduct and two counts of felony bail jumping.
Stephanie A. Forward, 49, Menomonie, was fined $518 for theft of movable property greater than $5,000 to $10,000 (repeater). Her sentence was withheld and she was placed on probation for three years.
Joseph L. Schmitz, 42, Waterloo, Iowa, was fined $518 for felony bail jumping. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for two years. A charge of misappropriate ID info — obtain money was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Luke K. Lobacz, 45, Withee, was fined $453 for criminal trespass to dwelling (repeater). He was sentenced to 90 days in local jail. A charge of theft of movable property less than or equal to $2,500 (repeater) was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Ezekiel John Glick, 25, Medford, was fined $418 for theft of movable property — special facts. He was sentenced to 10 months in local jail. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were two charges of theft of movable property less than or equal to $2,500.
Various forfeitures (organized by dollar amount) Oscar Montiel Gonzalez, 24, Curtiss, was fined $1,921.90 for operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 (first), deviation from a designated lane, improper display of license plate/tag/decal, and resisting or obstructing an officer (forfeiture). His license was revoked eight months, and he will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.
Gene Allen Kayhart, 55, was fined $1,558 for four counts of domesticated animals at large.
Cristyane Nicole Lamastra Conner, 42, Thorp, was fined $1,317.50 for five counts of dogs running at large (two-plus).
Arnulfo Lopez Cruz, 41, Curtiss, was fined $1,262.60 for operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 (first), and failure to keep vehicle under control.
Candido Odel Rivera Montenegro, 34, Curtiss, was fined $1,049.50 for operating while intoxicated (OWI). His license was revoked seven months and he will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
Alize Alexa Tetzlaff, 19, Stanley, was fined $1,042.50 for unlawful possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance.
Melvin Diaz Zamora, 26, Owen, was fined $936.50 for operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.08 but less than 0.15 (first). He had his license revoked for six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
