Matthew D. Seefeld, 43, Owen, was fined $2,287 for operating with a PAC (third, alcohol fine enhancer) and disorderly conduct (repeater). He was sentenced to 65 days in local jail. He had his license revoked 24 months. He will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment. A charge of criminal trespass to dwelling (repeater) was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Wesley R. Shaw, 38, Neillsville, was fined $1,872 for disorderly conduct, criminal trespass to dwelling (domestic abuse assessments) and two counts of computer message—threaten/obscenity. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for two years. Ernesto Pena Santiago, 28, Abbotsford, was fined $1,597 for operating with a PAC (second). He was sentenced to 10 days in local jail. He had his license revoked 12 months, and will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record include operating a motor vehicle without insurance, ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order and operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal).
Raul Portillo Castaneda, 24, Abbotsford, was fined $961 for substantial battery—intend bodily harm and operating a firearm while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 18 months in state prison and one year of extended supervision. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record include four counts of felony bail jumping, possession of THC, disorderly conduct (use of a dangerous weapon) and two counts of disorderly conduct (one with a use of a dangerous weapon modifier).
Nathan S. Scherwinski, 18, Rudolph, was fined $961 for theft of movable property greater than $5,000 but less than $10,000 (as party to a crime) and operate vehicle without consent—passenger. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for four years.
Dacota J. Garrard-Casey, 23, Attalla, Ala., was fined $886 for two counts of fourth degree sexual assault and was sentenced to nine months in local jail.
Eduardo Pena Santiago, 26, Colby, was fined $778 for operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal).
Tammy L. Bodoh, 37, Black River Falls, was fined $518 for possession of methamphetamine. She was sentenced to 11 months in local jail. Charges of felony bail jumping and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Robert L. Bounds Jr., 52, Withee, was fined $518 for criminal damage to ATM/other machines (repeater). He was sentenced to 30 days in jail and one year of probation. A charge of theft of movable property less than or equal to $2,500 (repeater) was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Nathaniel L. Luther, 36, Neillsville, was fined $518 for possess firearm after convicted of a felony. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for three years. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record include possess with intent—THC (greater than 200 to 1,000 grams) and possess drug paraphernalia.
Dakota L. Marzinske, 28, Dorchester, was fined $518 for manufacturing/delivering and amphetamine (less than or equal to 3 grams).
Jason J. Cerven, 39, Eau Claire, was fined $443 for criminal damage to property, amended from arson of property other than building. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for one year.
Michael C. Boon, 52, Neillsville, had several charges dismissed but read in to the court record: three counts of knowingly violate a domestic abuse order—injunction, one count of knowingly violate a domestic abuse order, and 11
counts of misdemeanor bail jumping.

Dale R. Nickel, 57, Neillsville, was fined $1,079.20 for failure of occupant to notify police of accident, operating left of center, driving too fast for conditions and hit and run—property adjacent to highway.
Jason Keith Kuhn, 52, Neillsville, was fined $978.40 for failure of operator to notify police of accident, failure to keep vehicle under control, operating left of center and failure to notify of address change (photo license).
Marlon Elieth Caceres Moreno, 32, Thorp, was fined $968 for OWI (first). He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
Tobi Lee Johnson, 47, Owen, was fined $968 for operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.08 but less than 0.15 (first). He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
Christian A. Doss, 41, Neillsville, was fined $865.30 for a license restriction violation—Class D or M vehicle, operating while revoked (forfeiture fourth) and theft of property.
Andrew Michael Rode, 22, Little Chute, was fined $811.50 for OWI (first). He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

Daniel Arthur Schwartz, 44, Medford, was fined $602.60 operating while revoked (forfeiture fourth) and failure to keep vehicle under control.
Johnathan Matthew Grambsch, 19, Greenwood, was fined $590 for unnecessary acceleration with a motor vehicle and disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle.
