Court dates Nov. 1–15 Violations resulting in incarceration or probation John David Frederickson, 28, Chili, was fined $2,644 for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC, third, alcohol fine enhancer). He was sentenced to 95 days in local jail and had his license revoked 27 months. He will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.

Eric M. Rodriguez, 47, Spencer, was fined $1,844 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, third). He was sentenced to 65 days in local jail and had his license revoked 24 months. He will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Juan Ramon Arauz Rodriguez, 38, Dorchester, was fined $1,723 for operating with a PAC (second). He was sentenced to 30 days in local jail. He also had his license revoked 16 months, and will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.

Eduardo Cruz Olvera, 25, Colby, was fined $1,329 for three counts of theft of movable property less than or equal to $2,500. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record include four counts of identity theft — obtain money or credit, and two counts of forgery — uttering.

Michael S. Greenwald, 48, Plymouth, was fined $1,247 for battery (domestic abuse — infliction of physical pain or injury) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse). He was sentenced to nine months in local jail.

Tony Leroy Calkins, 38, Alma Center, was fined $518 for possession of methamphetamine. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for two years. Acharge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Jesus Manuel Zuniga Martinez, 34, Curtiss, was fined $443 for battery. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for one year. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record include: two additional counts of battery (one with a domestic abuse — infliction of physical pain or injury modifier) and two counts of disorderly conduct (one with a domestic abuse modifier).

Various forfeitures (organized by dollar amount) Lucas K. Nelson, 32, Whitehall, was fined $1,019 for reckless driving — endanger safety.

Derek Michael Krejci, 28, Greenwood, was fined $968 for operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.08 but less than 0.15 (first). His license was revoked six months and he will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

Rushelle Lee Grose, 31, Thorp, was fined $488.10 for failure to properly maintain tail lamps, operating without carrying a license and failure to notify DMV or address/name change.

Lance Gene Meier, 52, Ogema, was fined $389.50 for violation of special weight limits.

Jordyn Karl Olver, 18, Merrillan, was fined $389.50 for failure of occupant to notify police of accident.

Patric Lee Kranz, 50, Merrillan, was fined $295 for operating an ATV or UTV in a careless way.

Christian A. Doss, 41, Neillsville, was fined $263.50 for disorderly conduct.

Lester Jose Molina Cruz, 26, Rib Lake, was fined $263.50 for hit and run — unattended vehicle.

Dwayne Garman Shirk, 27, Greenwood, was fined $232 for operating a motorboat without a valid safety certificate — person born after Jan. 1, 1989.

Maggie Ann Sobeck, 20, Colby, was fined $222.90 for hunting with an improper license — R.

Kyle Scott Borslien, 30, Fairchild, was fined $200.50 for a license restriction violation — Class D or M vehicle.

Matthew J. Woltmann, 54, Marshfield, was fined $187.90 for inattentive driving.

Dannel Paul Adams, 59, La Crosse, was fined $175.30 for burning without a permit — intensive area.

Evan Michael Podevels, 18, Colby, was fined $175.30 for disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle, amended from failure to stop at a stop sign.

Esmerelda Recendez, 24, Neillsville, was fined $175.30 for failure to stop at a stop sign.

Nazariy Voronchak, 26, New Brighton, Minn., was fined $175.30 for failure to yield right of way from a stop sign.

Jacob John Wold, 49, Eau Claire, was fined $162.70 for operating an ATV/UTV without registration plate attached as required — failure to affix decals as required.

Russell F. Young, 76, Greenwood, was fined $50 for refusal to take test for intoxication after arrest. He had his license revoked three years, and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment and use an ignition interlock device.
