Court dates Sept. 16-30 Violations resulting in incarceration or probation Michael J. Radke, 54, Greenwood, was fined $42,549 for theft of movable property greater than $10,000 to $100,000 (as party to a crime). His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for five years.

Rolando Manuel Mireles, 27, Colby, was fined $3,439 for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC, fifth or sixth, alcohol fine enhancer). He was sentenced to 18 months in state prison, with three days’ sentence credit, and three years of extended supervision. He will be required to use an ignition interlock device and had his license revoked 36 months. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record include: operating left of center, refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, possessing open intoxicants in motor vehicle – driver and operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal, repeater).

Michael Dean Hannis, 75, Pittsville, was fined $2,602 for operating with a PAC (third, alcohol fine enhancer). He was sentenced to 95 days in local jail. He had his license revoked 27 months and will be required to use an ignition interlock device for that amount of time. He will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

Amy Inez Carmody, 43, Green Bay, was fined $1,555 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, second). She was sentenced to five days in jail and 12 months of probation. She had her license revoked 16 months. She will be required to use an ignition interlock device.

Justin Thomas Bargenquast, 33, Withee, was fined $1,554 for OWI (second). He was sentenced to 10 days in local jail. He had his license revoked for 12 months, and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment and use an ignition interlock device.

Thomas Bernard Humphrey IV, 40, Withee, was fined $1,546 for two counts of criminal damage to property (repeater). Aprison sentence was imposed and stayed, and he was placed on probation for 36 months. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record include misdemeanor bail jumping (repeater) and two counts of disorderly conduct (repeater).

Juan Carlos Garcia Perez, 36, Abbotsford, was fined $1,323 for contact after domestic abuse arrest and intimidate victim/threaten force, etc. (domestic abuse assessments). His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for three years. Charges dismissed but read in to court record were: misdemeanor bail jumping (domestic abuse assessments), another count of contact after domestic abuse arrest, battery (domestic abuse assessments, infliction of physical pain or injury) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments).

Javier A. Martinez, 21, Loyal, was fined $518 for possessing with intent – THC (less than or equal to 200 grams). His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for 18 months. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Various forfeitures (organized by dollar amount) Angela Rose Wein, 50, Abbotsford, was fined $1,119 for operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 (first). She had her license revoked seven months. She will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.

Hector F. Sanchez Sanchez, 27, Abbotsford, was fined $579 for operating without a valid license (second within three years).

Colten James Yeske, 24, Greenwood, was fined $527 for animals running at large and owner of animal liability for damage.

John Joseph Lane, 50, Thorp, was fined $515.50 for owner’s liability – flee/elude officer.

Lukas Roland Froeba, 18, Thorp was fined $513.30 for unreasonable and imprudent speed, failure to display vehicle license plates and operating without carrying a license.

Leonard Justin Wells, 39, Reedsburg, was fined $501.80 for non-registration of other vehicle and displaying an unauthorized vehicle registration plate.

Joseph Carl Pyka, 65, Neillsville, was fined $476.60 for two counts of displaying an unauthorized vehicle registration plate.

Daila Ivon Aguilar Alvarez, 21, Abbotsford, was fined $443 for operating without a valid license (third within three years).

Walter Anibal Santos, 28, Abbotsford, was fined $443 for operating without a valid license (second within three years).

Filiberto Bautista Santiago, 27, Abbotsford, was fined $443 for operating without a valid license (second within three years).

Victor Garcia Medrano, 33, Dorchester, was fined $443 for operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal).

Luis Fernando Itehua Acahua, 26, Abbotsford, was fined $443 for operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal).

Christopher L. Mazola, 51, Neillsville, was fined $443 for misdemeanor bail jumping (repeater). A charge of disorderly conduct (repeater, domestic abuse assessments) was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Enoc Isai Moreno Moreno, 22, Stanley, was fined $443 for operating without a valid license (second within three years).

Lorenzo Antonio Ponce Gonzalez, 24, Abbotsford, was fined $443 for operating without a valid license (second within three years). A charge of operating a motor vehicle without insurance was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Anaen Reyes Poveda, 34, Abbotsford, was fined $443 for operating without a valid license (third-plus within three years).

Diego Rojas Reyes, 36, Abbotsford, was fined $443 for operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal).

Sandra Telesfor, 25, Neillsville, was fined $438.80 for operator violating a red traffic light and displaying a false vehicle registration plate.

Chandler Brian Miller, 24, Spencer, was fined $389.50 for failure of operator to notify police of an accident.

Eric M. Moltzen, 21, Granton, was fined $355.50 for disorderly conduct, amended from child abuse – intentionally cause harm.

Adam John Revier, 41, Oakdale, Minn., was fined $300 for operating a motor vehicle without an adequate muffler, amended from speeding on an expressway (16-19 mph).

Nicole Faye Fitzl, 43, Owen, was fined $263.50 for possessing open intoxicants in motor vehicle β€” driver.

James Allen Isenberger, 68, Stanley, was fined $263.50 for trespass to land.

Garth Hill Johnson, 52, Stanley, was fined $263.50 for disorderly conduct.

Dale Lee Kitlica, 62, Owen, was fined $263.10 for hunt game before or after hours (other than a bear or deer).

Ethan M. Buchanan, 18, Loyal, was fined $232 for ATV – violate noise limits.

Dustin Diego Dietsche, 22, Spencer, was fined $232 improperly operating an ATV or UTV on public property.

Hunter Bryan Mess, 21, Spencer, was fined $232 for improperly operating an ATV or UTV on public property.

Travis Charles Spencer, 39, Rochester, Minn., was fined $232 for illegally operating an ATV or UTV on or in the vicinity of a highway.

Melvin B. Zimmerman, 40, Thorp, was fined $222.90 for possession of illegal size fish.

Elizabeth Anne Hansen, 26, Red Wing, Minn., was fined $175.30 for speedometer violations, amended from speeding in a 55 mph zone (11-15 mph).

Christopher Michael Hoss, 38, Woodbury, Minn., was fined $175.30 for speedometer violations, amended from speeding on an expressway (20-24 mph).

Cody Irwin Osvold, 24, Cadott, was fined $175.30 for operating after revocation/suspension of registration.

Dakota Martin Bulin, 24, Cazenovia, was fined $162.70 for operating a UTV without each person wearing the required safety belt.
