Court dates Aug.16–31 Violations resulting in incarceration or probation Tyler J. Mohr, 31, Neillsville, was fined $1,160 for possession of methamphetamine and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for 18 months. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal) were dismissed but read in to the court record.

Sandra J. Thompson, 64, Neillsville, was fined $1,108.34 for issuance of worthless checks (less than or equal to $2,500). Her sentence was withheld and she was placed on probation for 12 months.

Laura J. Harmon, 59, Owen, was fined $1,036 for possession of methamphetamine and felony bail jumping. Her sentence was withheld and she was placed on probation for two years. A charge of misdemeanor bail jumping was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Daryl J. Aubid, 36, Hayward, was fined $718 for a hit and run (repeater, as party to a crime). His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for one year. A charge of misdemeanor bail jumping (repeater) was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Harley R. Est, 32, Eau Claire, was fined $518 for misappropriate ID info – avoid penalty (repeater). Her sentence was withheld and she was placed on probation for two years. Charges of felony and misdemeanor bail jumping (both repeater) were dismissed but read in to the court record.

Mitchell Joseph Matthaei, 30, Hammond, was fined $518 for possession of methamphetamine. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for 24 months. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia (repeater) was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Various forfeitures Floyd G. Young, 46, Curtiss, was fined $2,357 for a hit and run, ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/court order and operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal). He had his license suspended six months.

Luis Manuel Ontiveros Ochoa, 25, Colby, was fined $1,444.60 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, first), failure to keep vehicle under control and possess open intoxicants in motor vehicle – driver. He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

Bo Gregory Simon, 18, Thorp, was fined $1,343.80 for shining wild animals/possessing a firearm, hunting with an improper license – R, failure to register harvested animal within established timeframe and hunting within 50 feet of the road’s center.

Ivan Ray Hoover, 20, Athens, was fined $999.50 for reckless driving – endanger safety.

Leonardo Camacho Mora, 21, Abbotsford, was fined $705 for operating without a valid license (third-plus within three years).

AllanA. Schofield, 38, Thorp, was fined $679 for disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments).

Victor Edward Lindenman, 52, Neillsville, was fined $615.20 for operating an ATV or UTV with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC, first) and operating a UTV without each person wearing the required safety belt. He will also be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

Dean Eugene Prindle, 49, Humbird, was fined $600 for three counts of dogs running at large.

Dionicio Cruz Santiago, 43, Abbotsford, was fined $579 for operating without a valid license (second within three years).

Edwin G. Espino Vasquez, 35, Abbotsford, was fined $579 for operating without a valid license (second within three years).

Guadalupe Uriel Garcia Cuaquehua, 25, Loyal, was fined $579 for operating without a valid license (third-plus within three years).

Carlos Manuel Munoz Camacho, 24, Curtiss, was fined $579 for operating without a valid license (second within three years).

Luis Fernando Ortega Ramirez, 26, Abbotsford, was fined $579 for operating without a valid license (second within three years).

Rocio Ramirez Castro, 42, Colby, was fined $579 for operating without a valid license (second within three years).

Luis Sandoval Mendoza, 30, Arcadia, was fined $579 for operating without a valid license (second within three years).

Silvino Pestana Salto, 37, Dorchester, was fined $543 for disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments). Charges of strangulation and suffocation, and battery were dismissed but read in to the court record.

David Scott Schutz, 41, Neillsville, was fined $539.60 for failure to display vehicle license plates and operating while revoked (forfeiture fourth).

Enrique Escobar Estrada, 30, Colby, was fined $476.60 for failure to keep vehicle under control and possessing open intoxicants in motor vehicle – driver.
