He was sentenced to 15 days in local jail. He had his license revoked 12 months and must use an ignition interlock device. He will be required to complete an alcohol assessment. A charge of operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal, fourth-plus) was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Matthew Leroy Coulthard, 45, Neillsville, was fined $1,554 for possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin (second-plus), felony bail jumping and possession of methamphetamine. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were: possession of methamphetamine (second and subsequent offense), possession of THC (second-plus offense), possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin (second-plus), maintaining a drug trafficking place, possessing an illegally obtained prescription, possessing drug paraphernalia, exceeding speed zones, etc. (11-15 mph) and OWI (first).
Gerardo Trevino, 41, Oshkosh, was fined $1,518 for manufacture/deliver amphetamine (greater than 10 grams to 50 grams). He was sentenced to three years in state prison with four years of extended supervision. He must maintain absolute sobriety.
Kathia Rodriguez Castro, 25, Curtiss, was fined $1,036 for two counts of neglecting a child (no harm and child less than 6 years or with a disability). Her sentence was withheld and she was placed on probation for three years.
Thomas Bernard Humphrey IV, 40, Withee, was fined $618 for disorderly conduct (domestic abuse repeater). He was sentenced to 273 days in local jail. A charge of criminal damage to property (domestic abuse repeater) was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Chad Arlo Carpenter, 51, Withee, was fined $518 for possession of methamphetamine. He was sentenced to 12 months in local jail.
Casey R. Hagen, 48, Black River Falls, was fined $518 for possession of methamphetamine. He was placed on probation for three years. Charges of felony bail jumping and possession of drug paraphernalia (as party to a crime) were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Angel Sanchez Cervantes, 28, Green Bay, was fined $443 for battery. Their sentence was withheld and they were placed on probation for 12 months.

Noe Matias Zarza, 34, Spencer, was fined $968 for OWI (first). They had their license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
Vicente Rivera, 40, Boyd, was fined $936.50 for OWI (first). He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
Jeffrey James Bergeron, 52, Loyal, was fined $803.10 for failure to notify police of an accident, permitting an unauthorized minor to drive and unnecessary acceleration.
Andrew D. King-Kimble, 34, Neillsville, was fined $779 for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of THC.
Bryan Jon Nitz, 31, Stanley, was fined $745.50 for hunting/fishing/trapping after revocation.
Reese G. Salaz, 38, Cudahy, was fined $689 for disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments).
Marlin Melendez, 32, Milwaukee, was fined $553 for battery (domestic abuse assessments, infliction of physical pain or injury).Acharge of disorderly conduct was dismissed but read in to the court record.
