Sara Jean Hamm, 17, Medford, pled not guilty and was found guilty to 1st truancy offense and forfeited $200.50.
Kaysha Marrie Harmon, 34, Owen, pled no contest and was found guilty to non-registration of vehicle, and forfeited $175.30. She also pled no contest to operating a vehicle without proof of insurance. Was fined $10.
Jason Hartwig Timber Harvesting, LLC, pled no contest and was found guilty to violating Class A weight limits and forfeited $240.01.
Dallas Arthur Smart, 36, Medford, pled no contest and was found guilty of driving a vehicle at an unreasonable and imprudent speed. He was ordered to pay a $213.10 forfeiture. Additional charges of failing to keep vehicle under control, and failure to notify police of accident, were dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
Dagoberto Zelaya Calero, 44, Dorchester, pled no contest and was found guilty to operating a vehicle without insurance. Was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $200.50.
Andrea R. Klinger-Hinde, 19, Medford, pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine under terms of a deferred entry of judgment agreement: probation was ordered with local jail and costs of $886 after two years the charge will be dismissed. She was found guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia (party to a crime) and possession of illegally obtained prescription with the sentence imposed and stayed.
Donald Kenneth Blasel, 27, Withee, charged with non-registration of vehicle, charge dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
Michael Jay Madison, 19, Medford, was charged with operating without carrying license, charge dismissed, on prosecutor’s motion. Suzan Paulausky Mianowski, 73, Medford charged with non-registration of vehicle, charge dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
Alyssa A. Puphal, 27, Withee, pled not guilty to nine counts of felony bail jumping, two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, two counts of possession of controlled substance, one count of possession of illegal-obtained prescription, one count of neglect of a child, two counts of contact after domestic abuse arrest, one count of disorderly conduct- domestic, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, one count of criminal damage to property, one count of possession of THC 2nd offense. Plea/sentencing hearing will be held on November 23.
Connor D. Skabroud, 22, Sheldon, pled not guilty to felony C, 2nd degree sexual assault of a child. Status hearing will be held on November 23.
Payton E. Feyen, 25, Medford, pled not guilty to two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, one count of possession of methamphetamine, one count of manufacturing/deliver Amphetamine (conspiracy to commit), one count of possession with intent to sell amphetamine, one count of possession of THC, and one count of maintaining drug trafficking place (party to a crime). Status hearing will be held on November 23.
