Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of Members (the “Special Meeting”) of Time Federal Savings Bank (the “Bank”) will be held Monday, December 2, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. at the Main Office of the Bank, located at 675 E. Broadway, Medford, Wisconsin. The purpose of the Special Meeting is to consider and vote upon an amendment to the Bank’s Charter to change the Bank’s name.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by virtue of a judgment of foreclosure entered on October 28, 2019, in the amount of $185,310.94, the Sheriff or his assignee will sell the described premises at public auction as follows:
