Found Guilty

TRAFFIC COURT

Gregory Paul Bernitt, 67, of Sarona, was found guilty due to no contest plea of failure to maintain holding/septic tanks, and was ordered to pay $1,651.50.

Jadiel Alberto Colon Rodriguez, 22, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of operating a motor vehicle without insurance and failure of dealer to transfer title, and was ordered to pay a total of $375.80.

Qwinton Kane Davenport, 23, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of damage to property, and was ordered to pay $263.50.

Robert Todd Fisher, 62, of Owen, was found guilty due to no contest plea of vehicle operator failure to wear a seat belt, and was ordered to pay $18.00.

Maggie Ann Geiger, 37, of Dorchester, was found guilty due to no contest plea of speeding on a city highway (11-15 mph) and was ordered to pay $175.30.

Skylarr James Graveen, 17, of Rib Lake, was found guilty due to no contest plea of unnecessary acceleration, and was ordered to pay $213.10.

Michael James Henke, 53, of Stanley, was found guilty due to no contest plea of disorderly conduct, and was ordered to pay $263.50.

Lois Jane Hodowanic, 56, of Gilman, was found guilty due to no contest plea of disorderly conduct, and was ordered to pay $263.50.

Quin Sebastian Lemke, 21, of Colby, was found guilty due to no contest plea of disorderly conduct, and was ordered to pay $263.50.

Catherine Anne Lennartz, 18, of Rib Lake, was found guilty due to no contest plea of disorderly conduct, and was ordered to pay $263.50.

Marbicenia Mendoza Perez, 19, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of operating without a valid license, and was ordered to pay $200.50.

Melvin I. Miller, 34, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of animal running at large, and was ordered to pay $169.00.

Patrick Kurt Nelson, 24, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of operating motor vehicle without proof of insurance and failure of dealer to transfer title, and was ordered to pay a total of $185.30 Jacob Thomas Noland, 19, of Rib Lake, was found guilty due to no contest plea of underage drinking/ possession 1st, and was ordered to pay $263.50.

Jeremy Robert Ohman, 40, of Spencer, was found guilty due to no contest plea of operating while suspended, and was ordered to pay $200.50.

Joshua Luke Robenhorst, 17, of Green Bay, was found guilty due to no contest plea of driving too fast for conditions, and was ordered to pay $213.10.

Scott Jeffrey Slusser, 22, of Stetsonville, was found guilty due to no contest plea of disorderly conduct, and was ordered to pay $263.50.

Gregory Lee Smith, 58, of Dorchester, was found guilty due to no contest plea of operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and was ordered to pay $200.50.

Connie Elizabeth Sonnentag, 64, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of disorderly conduct, and was ordered to pay $263.50.

Little Creek Clear Water St. Claire, 22, of Wisconsin Rapids, was found guilty due to no contest plea of operating motor vehicle without proof of insurance, and was ordered to pay $10.00.

Initial Appearance

Patrick Kurt Nelson, 24, of Medford, had an initial appearance for motorcycle permittee operating cycle with unqualified passenger and permittee operating motorcycle while dark without qualified person. Charges were dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Benjamin Lincoln Zenner, 31, of Medford, had an initial appearance for operating with PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 (1st), and the charge was dismissed on court’s own motion.

Not Guilty Pleas

Dante Raymond James Axon, 19, of Medford, pled not guilty to failure to display vehicle license plates and operating vehicle without stopping lights.

Jesse Allen Brossow, 33, of Stetsonville, pled not guilty to operating while revoked (revoked due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal) and exceeding speed zones, etc. (11-15 mph).

Kristopher Lebron Gubser, 19, of Madison, pled not guilty to disorderly conduct.

Sergio Jimenezalatore, 25, of Medford, pled not guilty to operating without a valid license (2nd within 3 years) and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

Vonda D. Kinas, 56, of Gilman, pled not guilty to disorderly conduct.

Jason W. McKelvey, 37, of Medford, pled not guilty to operating while revoked (revoked due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal).

Lucas Alam Moore, 18, of Medford, pled not guilty to underage drinking/possession 1st and failure to keep vehicle under control.

Nehemias Rodriguez Roque, 41, of Abbotsford, pled not guilty to operating without a valid license (3rd within 3 years).

Guilty Pleas

James C. Dixon, 45, of Wausau, pled guilty to failure to stop for unloading school bus, and was ordered to pay $326.50.

Matthew Miles Jensen, 20, of Stetsonville, pled guilty to underage drinking/possession 1st, and was ordered to pay $263.50.

Victoria Violet Metz, 20, of De Pere, pled guilty to underage drinking/possession 1st, and was ordered to pay $263.50.

Bronson James Peterson, 20, of Medford, pled guilty to underage drinking/possession 1st, and was ordered to pay $263.50 Benjamin Lincoln Zenner, 31, of Medford, pled guilty to operating while intoxicated (1st) and was ordered to pay $1,152.00 and have 8 month driver's license revocation, AODA and follow through with driver's safety plan, ignition interlock device for 12 months, and attend the OWI victim impact panel on October 3.
