Bautista Cruz, 23, Medford, operating without a valid license-second offense within three years; Kyle J. Bentler, 23, Stanley, operating while revoked and failure of operator to notify police of an accident; Mark L. C. Dickinsen, 23, Eau Claire, operating while revoked; Jessalyn J. Holub, 17, Medford, truancy-first offense; Jorge P. Rosero, 67, Abbotsford, operating while revoked; Amalia Parra Mertinez, 47, Medford, operating without a valid licensesecond offense within three years; Magen A. Paul, 24, Medford, operating while under the influence-second offense; Ethan B. Peterson, 19, Medford, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance; Darrin E. Peterson, 30, Medford, operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

Isaac N. Wininger, 18, Holcombe, failed to appear in court for trial and was found guilty by default by the court for speedometer violations. The court ordered a forfeiture of $175.30.

Alisha E. Jochimsen, 17, Medford, made an initial appearance in court and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of six months for a charge of speeding 16-19 mph over the limit. Upon successful completion of the first offenders program, the court will dismiss the case.
