The following appeared in court and entered pleas of not guilty: Dawn M. Klingbeil, 59, Stetsonville, disorderly conduct [domestic abuse-infliction of physical pain or injury]; Kenneth A. Walters, 56, Stanley, fourth degree sexual assault and possession of THC.

Jacquelyn D. Ernspiger, 52, Medford, pled no contest to possession of THC. She was sentenced to serve five days in jail; forfeited $443; and must submit to a DNA sample. A count of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.

Brian K. Krug, 64, Medford, pled no contest to servicing septic tanks without a license and forfeited $607.25.

Jason A. Krumwiede, 39, Stetsonville, pled guilty to tattooing without a license and forfeited $443.

Sacha M. Osuski, 45, Ogema, pled no contest to operating while under the influence-first offense. Osuski forfeited $941; her driver’s license was revoked for seven months; an ignition interlock device is to be installed on her vehicle for 12 months; and she must complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow through with the driver safety plan.

Raymond L. Triplett, 31, Cadott, pled no contest to burglary of a building or dwelling (as a party to a crime) (repeater). He was given an eight-year sentence consisting of three years confinement and five years of extended supervision, to run concurrent with any other sentence. As condition of his extended supervision, Triplett must pay a forfeiture of $528, restitution to be determined within 30 days of sentencing and supervision fees as ordered by the Department of Corrections; submit to a DNA sample; have no contact with the victim; undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by probation; and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow through with all treatment recommendations. Counts of theft of movable property-special facts (as a party to a crime) (repeater) and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon were dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.

The following were issued divorce decrees: Thomas A. Sauerman, 59, Galesville, and Gail M. Sauerman, 59, Medford; Steven P. Waszkiewicz, 34, Medford, and Nicole L. Waszkiewicz, 30, Medford.
