Trials slated

The following made initial appearance in court and entered pleas of not guilty: Sara J. Hamm, 17, Medford, truancy-first offense; Jason A. Krumwiede, 39, Stetsonville, operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC)-third offense, operating while under the influence-third offense and failure to display vehicle license plates; Kurt R. Lasee, 31, Altoona, operating while revoked-fourth or greater offense; Charles E. Wacholtz, 39, Westboro, operating while revoked; Michael Messmann, 52, Medford, servicing septic tanks without a license; Pamela J. Schwippert, 62, Medford, damage to property and disorderly conduct.

Trials held

Desiree R. Aeschliman, was found guilty at court trial of truancy-first offense and was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $200.50.

Aeschliman was also found guilty at court trial of two counts of truancy-second or greater offense and was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $263.50 for each count.

$225.70: Louis W. Andruszkiewicz, 78, Thorp, speeding 20-24 mph over the limit; Elizabeth R. Brau, 25, Stanley, speeding 20-24 mph over the limit.

$213.10: Aaron A. Julian, 20, Medford, failure to keep vehicle under control.

$200.50: Marcos Lopez Gacia, 49, Abbotsford, operating without a valid license-first offense.

$187.90: Chad A. Sommer, 39, Ogema, inattentive driving.

$175.30: John Henry S. Hopkins, 20, Rib Lake, nonregistration of vehicle; Tayler A. Mueller, 16, Medford, failure to stop at a stop sign.
