Court proceedings

Jason E. Wickersheim, 46, Medford, pled no contest to operating while under the influence-first offense. Wickersheim forfeited $1,019; his driver’s license was revoked for 12 months; an ignition interlock device is to be installed on his vehicle for one year; must complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow through with a driver safety plan; and must attend victim impact panel.

Separate charges of unsafe lane deviation and refusal to take test for intoxication after arrest were dismissed on prosecutor’s motions.
