Trials slated

Cole D. Noeldner, 38, Medford, entered pleas of not guilty to battery (domestic abuse-infliction of physical pain or injury, disorderly conduct (domestic abusethreat), two counts of felony bail jumping, contact after domestic abuse arrest, forgery-uttering, possession with intent-amphetamine (less than or equal to three grams), possession of THC-second or greater offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, and maintaining a drug trafficking place.

Trials held

Kimberly J. Kettleson, 46, Medford, was found guilty at court trial of vehicle abandonment and was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $263.50.

Justin J. Zirngible, 45, Medford, was found guilty at court trial of disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $263.50.

Forfeitures

Kelsie D. Bixby, 24, Colfax, pled no contest to a reduced charge of speeding 20-24 mph over the limit and forfeited $225.70.

Dylan M. Maki, 23, Park Falls, pled no contest to failure to report to county jail-more than 10 days. He was sentenced to serve 90 days in jail; pay a forfeiture or $518; and submit to a DNA sample.

Lori A. Olson, 42, Rib Lake, pled no contest to operating while revoked and forfeited $443.

Rosa Pinto Callazo, 39, Athens, pled no contest to an amended charge of disorderly conduct and forfeited $330.50. The original charge had been drive or operate without consent-abandoned vehicle.

Kassi E. Vande Voort, 36, Westboro, pled no contest to a reduced charge of speeding 1-10 mph over the limit and forfeited $175.30.

Krista L. Zucker, 18, Medford, pled no contest to an amended charge of resisting/obstructing an officer and forfeited $582.50. The original charge was sexual intercourse with a child age 15 or older, actor under 19.

Probation ordered

Austin L. Krueger, 21, Arpin, pled no contest to theft of movable property-less than or equal to $2,500 (as a party to a crime). Sentence was withheld and Krueger was placed on probation for one year on the condition he pay a forfeiture of $649.25 and supervision fees as ordered by the Department of Corrections; submit to a DNA sample; have no contact with the victim; submit a letter of apology, pre-approved by the probationary agent, to the victim within 30 days; and undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by the probationary agent.
