Trials slated

The following entered pleas of not guilty: Tristen C. Seefeld, 24, Medford, vehicle operator fleeing/eluding an officer, operating while under the influence-third offense, ignition interlock device tempering-failure to install in violation of court order, operating while revoked-fourth or greater offense, possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC)-third offense; Robert J. Bishop, 51, Medford, manufacture/delivery of a Schedule I, II narcotics and manufacture/delivery of non-narcotics; Tylor A. Zondlo a.k.a. Tylor Andrew Zondlo, 24, Rib Lake, misconduct in office-acting in excess of authority, two counts of theft of movable property- less than or equal to $2,500, burglary of a building or dwelling, theft of movable property-special facts, possession of narcotic drugs and possession of an illegally obtained prescriptions; Robert J. Shirah, 44, Milwaukee, battery (domestic abuse-infliction of physical pain or injury) and strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuse-infliction of physical pain or injury)

Manuel Garcia Salas, 27, Dorchester, pled no contest to an amended charge of operating without carrying license and forfeited $393.50. The original charge was operating without a valid license-third or greater offense within three years.

Macey M. Hardt, 38, Schofield, pled guilty to disorderly conduct and forfeited $263.50.

Kent R. Mayer, 40, Medford, pled no contest to operating an unregistered snowmobile and forfeited $262.

Scott A. J. Miller, 43, Columbus, pled no contest to an amended charge of operating without carrying license and forfeited $393.50. The original charge was operating while revoked.

Robert W. Monroe II, 30, Rib Lake, pled no contest to possession of THC. He was sentenced to serve five days in jail; pay a forfeiture of $443; and submit to a DNA sample. Counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of an illegally obtained prescription, disorderly conduct (domestic abuse-infliction of physical pain or injury) and criminal damage to property.

Patrick R. Lewis, 37, Stetsonville, pled no contest to battery (domestic abuse-infliction of physical pain or injury). Sentence was withheld and Lewis was placed on probation for 12 months on the condition he pay a forfeiture of $443 and supervision fees as ordered by the Department of Correction (DOC); submit to a DNA sample; write a letter of apology, pre-approved by probation, to the victim within 30 days of plea and sentencing; attend anger management counseling; and undergo any other counseling as deemed appropriate by probation. A count of strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuseinfl iction of physical pain or injury) was dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.

A divorce was granted to Neil Makal, 61, Medford, and Margarita Makal, 46, Spencer.
