Zastrow pled no contest to a second charge of forgery- uttering. Sentencing was withheld and Zastrow was placed on probation for three years on the condition he serve four months in jail, to run concurrent with time being served in his other case; pay a forfeiture of $518 and supervision fees as ordered by the DOC; submit to a DNA sample; maintain absolute sobriety; undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by probation; obtain/maintain full-time employment of schooling at the probationary agent’s discretion; and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all treatment recommendations. Zastrow also pled no contest to a count of possession of methamphetamine. Sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for three years. Forfeitures and conditions of his probation are the same as for the other count. Counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and four counts of felony bail jumping were dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.
Prison sentences
Randolph L. Vestal, 34, Eau Claire, pled no contest to possession of methamphetamine-repeater. He was given a sentence of two years in prison, followed by two years of extended supervision. Sentence is to run concurrent with any other sentence Vestal is currently serving. As condition of his extended supervision, Vestal must pay a forfeiture of $518 and supervision fees as ordered by the DOC; submit to a DNA sample; undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by probation; and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and comply with all treatment recommendations. Vestal also pled no contest to a count of making terrorist threats. He was given a sentence of 18 months in prison, followed by two years of extended supervision. Sentence is to run concurrent with the other count and any other sentencing being served. Forfeitures and conditions of his extended supervision are the same as for the other count. Counts of second degree recklessly endangering safety (repeater), possession of drug paraphernalia (repeater) and endangering safetyuse of a dangerous weapon (repeater) were dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.
Separate charges of carrying or displaying a facsimile firearm, and two counts of trespass against Vestal were dismissed on prosecutor’s motions.

The following were grant divorce decrees: Wayne L. Kautzer, 47, Medford, and Jolene J. Kautzer, 44, Medford; David R. Kenyon, 59, Medford, and Kathy L. Kenyon, 55, Medford.
