Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and two separate counts of felony bail jumping against Jared J. Zastrow, 27, Stetsonville, were dismissed and read in as part of a plea agreement.

A charge of operating a motor vehicle without insurance against Zastrow was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion.

The following appeared in court and entered pleas of not guilty: Shanice A. Stands, 27, Medford, possession of methamphetamine, felony bail jumping and misdemeanor bail jumping; Shane P. Kenneally, 27, Medford, child abuse-intentionally causing harm; Phillip J. Fredrikson Jr., 49, Medford, disorderly conduct (domestic abuse-infliction of physical pain or injury); Kelsey J. Vahl a.k.a. Kelsey Jean Vahl, 29, Medford, disorderly conduct (domestic abuse-infliction of physical pain or injury) and misdemeanor bail jumping; Haley A. Hidalgo, 22, Rib Lake, possession of methamphetamine, three counts of felony bail jumping, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Patricia A. Baldiviezo Arredondo, 32, Medford, pled no contest to an amended charge of operating without carrying license and forfeited $393.50. The original charge had been operating without a valid license-second offense within three years.

A separate charge of speeding 16-19 mph over the limit against Baldiviezo Arredondo was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion.

Kevin F. Dansavage, 31, Wisconsin Rapids, pled no contest to a reduced charge of non-criminal disorderly conduct and forfeited $330.50.

Kim K. Halverson, 51, Bloomer, pled guilty to an amended charge of theft and forfeited $253 in fines and restitution. The original charge had been burglary of a building or dwelling.

Cynthia J. Treslley, 61, Hudson, pled no contest to a reduced charge of non-criminal disorderly conduct and forfeited $330.50.

Eric R. Geist, 37, Thorp, pled no contest to operating while under the influence-second offense. Sentence was withheld and Geist was placed on probation for two years on the condition he serve 35 days in jail; pay a forfeiture of $1,596 and supervision fees as ordered by the Department of Corrections (DOC) and submit to a DNA sample. In addition, Geist’s driver’s license was revoked for 15 months; an ignition interlock device is to be installed on his vehicle for one year; and he must undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and comply with the driver safety plan. A count of operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC)-second offense was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion.

Stephen T. Lehman, 27, Colby, pled no contest to an amended charge of resisting or obstructing an officer. The original charge had been battery or threats to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer. Sentence was withheld and Lehman was placed on probation for one year on the condition he pay a forfeiture of $443 and supervision fees as ordered by the DOC; submit to a DNA sample; undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by probation; and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and comply will all treatment recommendations. Counts of carrying a concealed weapon and criminal damage to property were dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.

Andrew D. Webster, 29, Gilman, pled no contest to an amended charge of misdemeanor bail jumping. The original charge had been felony bail jumping. Sentence was withheld and Webster was placed on probation for one year on the condition he pay a forfeiture of $443 and supervision fees as ordered by the DOC; have no contact with the victim; submit to a DNA sample; and undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by the probationary agent. A count of battery was dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.

David E. Young, 37, Kansasville, pled no contest to an amended charge of manufacture/delivery of THC-less than or equal to 200 grams (as a party to a crime). The original charge had been manufacture/delivery of THC greater than 2,500 to 10,000 grams. Sentence was withheld and Young was placed on probation for one year on the condition he pay a forfeiture of $518 and supervision fees as ordered by the DOC; submit to a DNA sample; undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by probation; and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment within the first five months of probation. Counts of maintaining a drug trafficking place (as a party to a crime) and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.
