The following made initial appearances in court and entered pleas of not guilty: Patricia A. Baldiviezo Arredondo, 32, Medford, operating without a valid license- second offense within three years and speeding 16-19 mph over the limit; Cody J. Everson, 26, carrying a concealed weapon, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and speeding more than 45 mph over the limit; Shelly C. Hardy, 50, Medford, disorderly conductdomestic; Aries D. Johnson, 19, Medford, speeding 20-24 mph over the limit; Tyler J. Mitchell, 23, Medford, theft of library materials.

Jennifer L. Hayes, 43, Ogema, pled guilty to operating while under the influence-first offense [prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC) greater than or equal to 0.15 percent]. Hayes forfeited $972.50; her driver’s license was revoked for seven months; an ignition interlock device is to be installed on her vehicle for one year; and she must complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow through with a driver safety plan.

A separate charge of operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 percent-first offense against Hayes was dismissed on the court’s own motion.

$263.50: Robert E. Palms, 44, Medford, possession of drug paraphernalia; Isaac A. Tanata, 16, Medford, hitand- run to property adjacent to highway.

$225.70: Sheila R. Christophersen, 57, Withee, speeding 20-24 mph over the limit.

$213.10: Randall R. Baughman, 26, Kaufman, Texas, failure to keep vehicle under control.

$200.50: Randall R. Baughman, 26, Kaufman, Texas, operating a motor vehicle without insurance; Mark C. Brunner, 20, Gilman, operating while suspended; April D. Hudak, 32, Medford, operating while suspended; James J. LeMaster, 19, Medford, operating a motor vehicle without insurance; Keith B. Wiese, 21, Stetsonville, operating while suspended and operating a motor vehicle without insurance ($200.50 each offense).
