Margarita M. Anderson, 34, of Medford, was found guilty due to her no contest plea of disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay a penalty of $443. She was also found guilty of operating while revoked and was ordered to pay a penalty of $443. A charge of misdemeanor bail-jumping was dismissed, but was read in court.

Robert F. Baughman, 58, of Sheldon, pled guilty to disorderly conduct. He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $330.50.

Rodney G. Ciolkosz, 69, of Stanley, was found guilty to OWI (4th offense) and was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $5,852. One year of local jail was imposed and stayed. Probation ordered for two years with 60 days jail with Huber privileges. License was revoked for 3 years, alcohol assessment was ordered and ignition interlock was ordered to be installed. A charge of operating while revoked and operating with PAC (4th offense) was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Paul R. Cwikla, 54, of Owen, was found guilty of knowingly violating a domestic abuse order- injunction. Was ordered to pay a penalty of $443.

Reginald A. Felzkowski, 30, of Medford, was found guilty to operating while revoked. He was ordered to pay a penalty of $443.

Travis R. Kreklau, 35, of Stetsonville was found guilty of the following charges: OWI (3rd offense). License revoked for 30 days and an alcohol assessment was ordered, an ignition interlock was ordered to be installed. Local jail with Huber privileges ordered for 105 days beginning October 6. He was ordered to pay $3,304. A chart of misdemeanor bail-jumping was read and dismissed. The charge of operating with PAC (3rd offense) was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. He was found guilty of operating a snowmobile while intoxicated and was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $655.18. A charge of snowmobiler refusal for a breathalyzer was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. The charges of operating a snowmobile with PAC (1st offense), operating while suspended, and a misdemeanor bail-jumping were dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Anna M. Miller, 26, of Phillips was found guilty of possession of THC. Sent was withheld and probation ordered. She was ordered to pay $443. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed but read in court.

Ethan J. Novak, 30, of Medford, was found guilty of possession of THC(> 200-1000g) with intent to sell. Probation was sent and withheld and he was ordered to pay $518. A charge of possession of a firearm-convicted of a felony [repeater] was dismissed but was read in court.

Patrick Todd Schupp, 29, was found guilty to OWI (2nd offense). License was revoked for 16 months and an alcohol assessment was ordered, 45 days local jail ordered, an ignition interlock was ordered to be installed. He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $1666. A charge of failing to keep vehicle under control and operating with PAC (2nd offense) were dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Terry W. Searl, 53, of Athens, was found guilty of failing to list dates and times on a home improvement contract. He was ordered to pay restitution costs of $8,443. A charge of failing to include financial information in home improvement contract were dismissed, but were read in court.

Patrick Todd Schupp, 29, of Rib Lake, pled not guilty to the following charges: one count of domestic abuseinfl iction, battery, and a misdemeanor bail-jumping. Pre-trial conference is scheduled for November 8 at 3:30 p.m. Status hearing is scheduled for November 24 at 8:30 a.m.
