Zettler named Citizen of the Year

'The dictionary describes a friend as someone as a close associate or acquaintance,' Sharon Schoonover said during the speech she made to announce Loyal's Citizen of the Year. 'Someone on a list of contacts to call if you need them. But we all know there's more to being a friend.'

The friend in question is Judy Zettler, who was named the Loyal Citizen of the Year by the Loyal Chamber of Commerce at its annual banquet held the evening of March 26. A lifelong member of the Loyal community, Zettler
