n Rosendo Pena Lopez, 28, Unity, was fined $1,807 for OWI (second). He was sentenced to 40 days in local jail. He had his license revoked 18 months. He will also be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record include two counts of operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/ refusal) and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order.

n Mark A. Rose, 41, Dorchester, was fined $1,093 for criminal trespass to a dwelling (as party to a crime). He was sentenced to 20 days in local jail.

n Michelle M. Mahl, 52, Owen, was fined $718 for manufacturing/delivering amphetamine (less than or equal to 3 grams). She was sentenced to 20 days in jail and three years of probation. Charges of maintaining a drug trafficking place (as party to a crime) and possessing drug paraphernalia (as party to a crime) were dismissed but read in to the court record.

n Katherine Lebron Campos, 41, Abbotsford, was fined $443 for resisting or obstructing an officer. Her sentence was withheld and she was placed on probation for one year. Charges of vehicle operator fleeing/ eluding an officer and possession of THC were dismissed but read in to the court record.

Various forfeitures

n Michael Kenneth Lesage (business), Abrams, was fined $1,932.55 for violating Class A Highway weight limits.

n Denise Montgomery (business), New London, was fined $1,779.74 for violating Class A Highway weight limits and non-registration of other vehicle.

n Torri Alyx Riegert, 26, Dorchester, was fined $1,771.10 for failure of operator to notify police of accident, reckless driving – endangering safety, failure to keep vehicle under control, hit and run – property adjacent to highway, and resisting or obstructing an officer (forfeiture).

n Taurino Rosales Cuaquehua, 25, Owen, was fined $937.50 for OWI (first). His license was revoked six months and he will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

n Lee Allen Hoover Hurst, 18, Owen, was fined $811.50 for operating with a PAC greater than 0.08 but less than 0.15 (first). He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

n Jadder Toruno Rayo, 37, Dorchester, was fined $389.50 for failure of operator to notify police of accident.

n Rey David Castro Lopez, 28, Colby, was fined $330.50 for operating without carrying a license, amended from operating without a valid license (second time within three years).
