ourt n George M. Rudolph, 29, Greenwood, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for a second OWI offense. Twenty-five days of the sentence were stayed and the rest were credited for time served.

He was placed on probation for 24 months, fined $1,630, his driver’s license was revoked for 16 months, and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 16 months.

He was also placed on probation for 24 months and fined $443 for resisting or obstructing an officer/repeater. Charges of bail jumping/repeater, operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related violation/repeater and possession of drug paraphernalia/ repeater were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

In a separate case, he was sentenced to 30 days in jail (also stayed), placed on probation for 24 months, and fined $543 for disorderly conduct/ domestic abuse.

n Alex Tzompaxtle Salas, 18, Cecil, was fined $389.50 for possession of THC, $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

n Rashaad L. Sampson, 33, Prentice, was fined $1,019 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $389.50 for a uniform controlled substance act violation and $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended.

n William J. Shilts, 39, whose address is listed as the Dodge Correctional Institute, Waupun, was sentenced to two years in prison and two years of extended supervision and fined $518 for burglary to a building or dwelling.

He was also sentenced to one year in prison and 18 months of extended supervision (to run concurrent to the first sentence) and fined $518 for possession of narcotic drugs. Charges of theft of moveable property and criminal damage to property were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

n Edgar Tzompaxtle Tentzohua, 18, Thorp, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, and $213.10 for driving too fast for conditions.

n Hunter S. Wagner, 23, Pittsville, was fined $1,012.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

n Rachel M. Weaver, 17, Withee, was fined $295 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (30-34 mph over limit). She was also fined $10 on each of three safety belt violations.

n Floyd G. Young, 44, Curtiss, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for three years for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 30 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
