OURT _ Laurana L. Poindexter, 25, Humbird, was fined $175.30 for operating a vehicle after revocation/ suspension of registration, $200.50 for operating a vehicle while revoked, $200.50 for a license restriction violation, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

_ Guillermo Ramirez Equihua, 43, Wausau, was fined $811.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $263.50 for open intoxicants in a vehicle/ driver.

_ Luis E. Santos Perez, 34, Abbotsford, was fined $389.50 for failure to notify police of an accident, $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended, $213.10 for driving too fast for conditions, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

_ Eric L. Schoelzel, 43, Colby, was fined $937.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for nine months for a first offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol content. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $213.10 for operating left of center.

_ Alexander P. Seagren, 18, Chili, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

_ Raymond S. Springer, 38, Greenwood, was fined $811.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

_ Justin D. Szymula, 37, Stratford, was fined $937.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $213.10 for operating left of center.

_ Cody L. Tyznik, 24, Stetsonville, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29mph over limit).

_ Justin S. Volkaitis, 38, Chili, was sentenced to 75 days in jail (14 days to be served and the remainder are stayed), placed on probation for two years, and fined $2,008 for a third OWI offense. His driver’s license was revoked for 27 months, and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 27 months. He was also placed on probation for two years and fined $543 for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse and fined $443 for bail jumping. Additional charges of battery/domestic abuse and bail jumping were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
