ourt n Jesus Arauz Tinoco, 45, Dorchester, was fined $937.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense.

He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $263.50 for open intoxicants in a vehicle/driver and $326.50 for driving the wrong way on a divided highway.

n Arturo Bautista Cruz, 19, Colby, was fined $389.50 for failure to notify police of an accident, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license.

n Justine M. Casas-Laczkowski, 35, Eau Claire, was fined $358 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (35-39 mph over limit). She was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

n Saul P. Garcia Cuaquehua, 25, Marshfield, was fined $937.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license.

n Teresa L. Gruetzmacher, 48, Withee, was fined $811.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

n Nevin W. High, 18, Spencer, was fined $452.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (40-44 mph over limit). He was also fined $213.10 for operating left of center and $175.30 for vehicle windows not reasonably clean.

n Isaac L. Johnson, 46, Stevens Point, was sentenced to 90 days in jail for battery/use of a dangerous weapon. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for 12 months and fined $443. Two counts of disorderly conduct/ repeater were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

n Robert G. Kaiser, 61, whose address is listed as the Jackson Correctional Facility, Black River Falls, was sentenced to two years in prison and two years of extended supervision after his probation was revoked on a 2019 conviction for a sixth OWI offense.

n Noah J. Kempf, 18, Neillsville, was fined $389.50 for possession of THC and $162.70 for operating a vehicle without required lamps lighted.
