OURT _ Ezekiel J. Glick, 22, Medford, was sentenced to 45 days in jail for theft of moveable property. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for three years and fined $518. Two other charges of theft of moveable property were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

_ Thomas J. Neubauer, 30, Abbotsford, was sentenced to 20 days in jail and fined $1,640 for a second offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration. His driver’s license was revoked for 14 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 14 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

_ Juan J. Tabira Villalpando, 19, Abbotsford, was fined $1,049 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first drunk driving offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $389.50 for a uniform controlled substance act violation and $263.50 for open intoxicants in a vehicle/driver.

_ Harlan R. Martin, 19, Owen, was fined $358 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (35-39 mph over limit).

_ Juan Solis Chavez, 37, Medford, was fined $579 for operating while revoked for an alcohol- related violation.

_ John H. Weiler, 57, Owen, was fined $200.50 for speeding.

_ Mario Solano Rojas, 37, Colby, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license.

_ Michelle M. Walley, 52, Abbotsford, was fined $175.30 for operating a vehicle after revocation/ suspension of registration and $200.50 for operating a vehicle while revoked.

_ Ronald B. Thums, 83, Curtiss, was fined $175.30 for disorderly conduct with a vehicle.
