CLARK COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT

_ Mathew Balich, 47, Owen, was sentenced to three years in prison and four years of extended supervision and fined $518 for second-degree sexual assault/use of force/attempted. He was also sentenced to two years in prison and one year of extended supervision — to run concurrent with the first term — and fined $518 for false imprisonment. Charges of second- degree sexual assault/use of force, fourth-degree sexual assault, and invading privacy in a public place with the person present were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

_ Jesus M. Molina Dorado, 38, Colby, was fined $937.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first drunk driving offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $515.50 for resisting or obstructing an officer, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license.

_ Ismael Molina Macias, 30, Colby, was fined $937.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first drunk driving offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license.

_ Rodrigo Salvador Ruiz, 24, Abbotsford, was fined $515.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (more than 45 mph over limit). He was also fined $200.50 for a license restriction violation.

_ Dustin M. Zettler, 30, Abbotsford, was fined $295 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (30-34 mph over limit). He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

_ John M. Ramker, 51, Colby, was fined $431 for failure to complete registration as required for bear/deer/turkey.

_ Danielle M. Sockness, 45, Unity, was fined $389.50 for allowing domesticated animals to run at large/second offense.

_ Kervin S. Weaver, 31, Curtiss, was fined $389.50 for failure to notify police of an accident.

_ Eduardo Ramirez Escobar, 41, Abbotsford, was fined $326.50 for operating a vehicle while revoked/ third offense.

_ Joel Nieto Rojas, 35, Abbotsford, was fined $263.50 for operating a vehicle while revoked/ second offense.

_ Lavern L. Hoover, 19, Curtiss, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

_ Jesse J. Gomez, 29, Spencer, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).
