CLARK COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT

_ Jerry A. Dumler, 39, Owen, was sentenced to 20 days in jail and fined $1,606 for a second drunk driving offense. His driver’s license was revoked for 14 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 14 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

_ Jarrett A. Rausch, 23, Spencer, was sentenced to 15 days in jail for battery/domestic abuse. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for 18 months and fined $543. Charges of strangulation and suffocation/domestic abuse and disorderly conduct/domestic abuse were dismissed but readin to the court record.

_ Abraham Becker, 38, Owen, was placed on probation for 12 months and fined $543 for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse. Additional charges of disorderly conduct/domestic abuse-repeater and bail jumping-repeater were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

_ Tammy K. Hensel, 53, Spencer, was fined $947.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first drunk driving offense. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment, and was also fined $213.10 for operating left of center and $10 for a safety belt violation.

_ Hunter D. Davis, 16, Dorchester, was fined $358 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (35-39 mph over limit).

_ Steven R. Priebusch, 56, Spencer, was fined $464.50 for reckless driving/endangering safety and $175.30 for failure to obey a traffic signal/officer.

_ Enoch J. Frey, 17, Spencer, was fined $213.10 for operating left of center. Four counts of failure to stop at a stop sign and single counts of displaying an unauthorized vehicle registration plate and reckless driving/ endangering safety were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

_ Angela R. Schmeiser, 32, Medford, was fined $200.50 for speeding.

_ Danielle M. Florentine, 32, Dorchester, was fined $174.30 for speeding.
