_ Silvia M. Moncel, 36, Dorchester, was sentenced to 90 days in jail, placed on probation for two years, and fined $2,577 for a third drunk driving offense with a passenger under the age of 16. Her driver’s license was revoked for four years, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on her vehicle for four years, and she is to undergo an alcohol assessment. Charges of fleeing/eluding an officer, resisting or obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct, and criminal damage to property were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

_ Gavino Bautista Bautista, 29, Abbotsford, was fined $1,019 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license.

_ Cody J. Bunkelman, 27, Dorchester, was fined $978 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

_ Joseph G. Hernandez, 21, Curtiss, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, $238.30 for displaying an unauthorized vehicle registration plate, $175.30 for failure to yield the right-of-way from a stop sign, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended.

_ Heberto Garcia Perez, 36, Abbotsford, was fined $652 for tampering/failure to install an ignition interlock device.

_ Wilmer L.W. Garman, 20, Spencer, was fined $358 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (35-39 mph over limit).

_ Jacob C. Evert, 23, Colby, was fined $389.50 for failure to notify police of an accident.

_ Kyle W. Hansen, 33, Spencer, was fined $389.50 for failure to notify police of an accident.

_ Harlie M. Krueger, 25, Owen, was fined $326.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia.

_ Juan A. Contreras-Hernandez, 30, Abbotsford, was fined $281.50 for disorderly conduct/ domestic abuse.

_ Juan E. Adame de Leon, 30, Abbotsford, was fined $276.10 for speeding.

_ Stacey S. Severson, 40, Colby, was fined $263.50 for disorderly conduct.

_ Dana M. Sockness, 46, Unity, was fined $263.50 for allowing a dog to run at large.

_ Merle E. Martin, 19, Owen, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

_ Gracemarie Delgado Aponte, 26, Abbotsford, was fined $250.90 for speeding.

_ The following were each fined $225.70 for speeding: Clint L. Block, 29, Owen; Sherry M. Hagen, 39, Spencer.

_ The following were each fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended: Jason M. Rychtik, 18, Athens; Deseri C. Samples, 31, Curtiss; Meranda L. Gehrke, 47, Stetsonville.

_ The following were each fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license: Belki Diaz Zeledon, 23, Dorchester; Julian Rodriguez Mendoza, 44, Abbotsford; Dagoberto Zelaya Calero, 44, Dorchester.

_ Julian Rodriguez Mendoza, 44, Abbotsford, was fined $200.50 for speeding.

_ The following were each fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance: Clint L. Block, 29, Owen; Meranda L. Gehrke, 47, Stetsonville; Tiahna M. Harris, 24, Colby; Dawn M. Hilson, 62, Owen.

_ Maria J. Rezutek, 51, Owen, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

_ Michelle B. Johnston, 58, Spencer, was fined $175.30 for failure to stop for a stop sign.

_ Melissa S. Gonzalez, 36, Spencer, was fined $175.30 for operating a vehicle after revocation/ suspension of registration.

_ Marcie S. Umbs, 46, Colby, was fined $10 for a seatbelt violation.
