OURT _ Tyler D. Zimmerman, 32, Spencer, was sentenced to 18 months in prison and two years of extended supervision after his probation was revoked on a 2016 conviction for vehicle operator fleeing/eluding an officer.

_ Rodrigo Salvador Ruiz, 24, Abbotsford, was fined $1,019 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first drunk driving offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $213.10 for operating left of center.

_ Kevin A. Toruno Sanchez, 23, Abbotsford, was fined $937.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first drunk driving offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $515.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (more than 45 mph over limit) and was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

_ Richard Cruz Correa, 34, Colby, was fined $515.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (more than 45 mph over limit). He was also fined $200.50 on each of two counts of operating a vehicle without insurance, $213.10 for unreasonable and imprudent speed, $150.10 for failure to display vehicle license plates, $162.70 for operating a vehicle without stopping lights, $213.10 for passing in a no-passing zone, $175.30 for non-registration, and $10 for a safety belt violation.

_ Santos S. Hernandez Mejia, 43, Curtiss, was fined $263.50 for open intoxicants in a vehicle/ driver, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, $175.30 for a cracked/damaged vehicle windshield, and $213.10 for operating left of center.

_ David W. Rogers, 54, Colby, was fined $515.50 for resisting or obstructing an officer and $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia.

_ Alejandro Vazquez Cruz, 29, Colby, was fined $443 for bail jumping and $119.50 for disorderly conduct. A second charge of bail jumping was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

_ Raymon L. Warthan, 67, Spencer, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for three years for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 30 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

_ Tiffany D. Catchpole, 33, Abbotsford, was fined $250.90 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

_ Madelynn H. Green, 19, Abbotsford, was fined $276.10 for speeding.

_ Tyler D. Ven Rooy, 24, Owen, was fined $263.50 for disorderly conduct.

_ Albert X. Rodriguez Lazu, 27, Abbotsford, was fined $238.30 for displaying an unauthorized vehicle registration plate.

_ The following were each fined $225.70 for speeding: Marian M. Brubacker, 19, Stratford; Nathan S. Gates, 21, Abbotsford.

_ Jonathan W. Auker, 21, Colby, was fined $213.10 for passing in a no-passing zone.

_ Levi A. Frey, 19, Spencer, was fined $200.50 for speeding.

_ Javier A. Martinez, 17, Unity, was fined $200.50 for a license restriction violation.

_ Jason M. Rychtik, 18, Athens, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended and $10 for a safety belt violation.
